The place is a gem. Very modern, clean, with a big outside space/terrace. Has a mini spa, not too crowded in mid June, not too many families if you are a solo traveler as I am. Very comfortable, the staff was welcoming, nice and informative. Would recommend if you are in the area!

The man at the reception was super helpful and nice, breakfast was perfect, location is very good, room is clean and cozy.

Spectacular hotel. Staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast amazing. Free use of thermals 9.00-22.00. Free robes. Beds huge and comfy. Loads for people of all ages.

Clean and well laid out. Very helpful staff at the reception desk. The breakfast buffet went above and beyond our expectations. Exceptional choices, and different specialty items each morning.

Visited for the thermal baths and had a great time. It wasn’t quite the sprawling natural baths we expected, more like a few swimming pools. However, super clean and friendly and the bar and restaurant were great value. 40pln to visit the saunarium, very liberating :)

Breakfast was great, our room was clean and with A/C. Great view and pretty quiet. Zone in the pools are for hotel guests are incredible. Other part of the pool zone was overcrowded. However, it is understandable, still our sons were happy.

The hotel is situated in the quiet suburbs of Zakopane - about half an hour walk to the centre. It has a swimming pool that works from 9 a.m. till 9 p.m. The room was big, comfortable, cozy and quiet. We had a nice balcony, too. The breakfast was very tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Good location, but everywhere in Zakopane seems to be easily walkable. The room was fine. Had a fridge and a balcony with a goid view. The breakfast was really good and the staff was nice.

I really love this property. I travel a lot but I never experienced a customer service like in here. I felt almost at home. Big room, everything clean, the baby’s crib was already in the room with warm blankets pillows. An incomparable service!!

Amazing view of the Tatra mountains from our balcony. Very helpful and attentive staff all across the hotel. Good and spacious rooms, but the lack of USB charging points and of a rainfall shower is unusual for a hotel of this alleged class and price. Plus the room door didn’t have the interior locks, which was also a surprise. The spa is good, enjoying the jacuzzi with the views of the mountains was really nice.

Close to slopes and ski school. The people that work there are wonderful. Didn’t catch everyone’s name but Edita-boss lady is awesome and Kasper and Mihai (sorry I know I spelled it wrong) make wonderful drinks at the bar. Breakfast has lots of tasty selections.

The rooms were clean and beautiful, the breakfast was comprehensive and tasty, and the hotel grounds were simply unbelievable. We really liked it and plan to come again in the winter.

Amazing food in the restaurant, absolutely loved the breakfast. Reasonable prices, sauna and jacuzzi are ok. We went to the aquapark on a rainy afternoon and that was worth it too.

Amazing place to stay. The staff was very nice and in-house restaurant serves delicious feed. The only thing we didn't like was that the room was rather small. The wash basin in the bathroom also pretty small. Other than that, we liked the vibe.

Wonderful hotel, we had a great stay. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, they even arranged for us to have a packed lunch on our last day as we left before breakfast! We had an amazing view of the hills from our room too!

Very nice hotel with a good location. The breakfast buffet was diverse and good and there was a cook cook to order chef for scrambles. I also had dinner at the restaurant on the outside terrace and it was fantastic!

Everything about this hotel is awesome. Front desk was very helpful. Excellent facilities, room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious with a huge variety.

Breakfast is good, but every day same dishes! Pancake's are nice and tasty Good and really tasty "a la carte" restaurant on the road, near the entrance to the hotel complex, just 2 min walk from Reception. Gym is good with a nice mountain view.

The room was excellent. It could not be better for that money—a lot of space, a comfy bed, and a wow view from the balcony. Super! Breakfast was also excellent. We also ordered a massage - 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!

We loved that the inside of this hotel was made of all wood, it felt traditionally and very cozy. The rooms were clean and comfortable and each room has a balcony to enjoy the evening views. They also have a restaurant on site with excellent food.

The hotel has a restaurant that is quite good and a spa, which I didn’t visit. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, cozy, fairly modern, and fully functional

The pool with mountain view was incredible!! The hotel is clean and comfortable and plenty to do for children of all ages. The restaurant is very good, fresh food cooked on site and excellent choices for breakfast and dinner.

I truly enjoyed staying a few days at the place. Very nice family atmosphere, at once I felt very comfortable and relaxed. The staff is very friendly trying to accommodate the needs of the guests. The breakfast very good fresh and tasty. The staff offered discounts for the entrance to the termy Szaflary. I arrived there by car but did not want to drive around to enjoy the attractions. I simply walked to the train station Szaflary Central, nice walk about 15 minutes and took the train to Banska Niżna (one station) which is just by the Termy. Could easily travel by train to Zakopane or Nowy Targ. Definitely would want to stay there again.

Very beautiful place! Away from the crowded streets of Zakopane. Beautiful view from the balcony to the mountains. Mountain climbing trails start nearby. Warm and cozy atmosphere around, tasty breakfast, free parking and nice staff. We would love to come back again!

Location os good - it is a few kilometers outside city center - near church Our Lady of Fátima. Hotel looks very nice. Rooms are big enough, 3 beds, 2 chairs, a TV. Bathroom is good. Breakfast and dinner were very good.

Dinning place also huge, room numbers are on the tables, you don't have to make a decision where to sit. Dinner portion was a bit too big, I might say, no one is going home hungry. Breakfast was continental mainly, but ample. Beds were comfortable and room was warm. Bath was welcomed and hot water every day. Free small pool and sauna at the next door guesthouse and free passes to Termy Zakopane was great! Parking available.

The hotel's location is excellent, it is actually located next to a ski slope ideal for beginners, in a beautiful environment. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is varied.

Plenty of nice playgrounds for kids, really nice swimming pool and sauna, awesome view on the mountains from the room.

The people at the hotel were the most wonderful I’ve ever had the pleasure to be with. I booked the room late in the day, too late to schedule for dinner. They went out of their way to make sure I had something to eat. After supper, the front desk clerk brought a bag full of food for me to eat for dinner and enough for breakfast as the new I would be leaving early in the morning. I highly recommend staying at this hotel because it is the people who make it a special place to stay!

It was a nice, clean place to stay. Fit our family of 4 comfortably. The lady we worked with was very friendly & helpful. She spoke good English.

Although it was very foggy and we couldn't see any mountains, we absolutely loved staying at the apartment. It was very modern , well equipped and spacious. 5*!

The apartments were modern, stylish spacious and very clean. There are no staff on reception but staff were very helpful when booking and organised an airport transfer for us. We couldn't find a travel adapter in local shops for our phone chargers and a member of staff very kindly brought us in a loan of one for home. We were due to check out at 11am but were not being picked up till 6pm staff also kindly left us keep 1 of our apartments till we were picked up :-) They are within walking distance to Krupowki Street, lots of lovely bars and restaurants near-by.

Na plus: Apartament czysty i zadbany. Bardzo dobre położenie, blisko Aquaparku i relatywnie blisko centrum. Miła obsługa. Bezpłatne wifi oraz parking. Na minus: Źle naliczona opłata, kilka złotych więcej, ale jednak. Fatalne wygłuszenie ścian, niestety mieliśmy pecha i impreza na wyższym piętrze nie pozwoliła nam spokojnie spać. Dość słabo i skromnie wyposażona kuchnia. Apartament zarezerwowany był na 6 osób, a stół posiadał tylko 4 krzesła. Basen czynny tylko od 16.00 do 21.00.

Our 5 member family had everythink we need. Tidy rooms, clasic modern style. Especialy fantastic view in front of window and balcon. Service 24/7. Good place, near Zakopane centre, shops, restaurants. Place for a car, perfect delicious breakfast. There are sauna and jakuzzi for low price.

Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Small and intimate surroundings. Beautiful, clean and cozy. The view of the mountains was nice and the walk to the main street was easy. Highly recommend.

The decor was very homey and the balcony from my room had a beautiful view of the mountains. The location was perfect: close enough to the center to be convenient but far enough away from any main roads that it felt peaceful. Very friendly staff and everything was very clean.

This is a beautiful inn, that offers exceptional breakfasts and a genuinely friendly welcome. Our room was spacious, spotless and completely comfortable. After our three-night stay, we left with fond memories and recommend it 100%.

We really loved our stay at Willa Malinowa! It was a perfect location to explore Tatras and the accommodation was amazing. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the breakfast was amazing. All the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Excellent property, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It is in a very good, central location with parking. We really enjoyed the on site spa with sauna, jacuzzi and cold plunge for the guest’s exclusive use. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

the view from the window is simply incredible, you can just sit in the room for the entire vacation and admire the mountains. There is a kitchen, grill, clean and very friendly owners. Nice safe access to the car park.

Amazing location (ski slope is visible from the window and it’s very close), extremely comfortable beds and everything is clean and cozy!

The most idyllic setting, so so pretty in the snow with the view of the mountains. The room was so cosy, well equipped and comfortable, couldn’t have asked for a comfier bed!

Clean, comfortable, modern design. The breakfast was delicious. The location was right next to Tatry National Park with open spaces. Easy walk into center of Zakopane. Great restaurant in the neighborhood called Żabi Dwór. We ate there several times. Nice sauna room for relaxing after hiking.

very close to the ski resort, had very good storage and equipment dryer. The food was delicious and the bar served a veraity of drinks. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and the bad was comfortable. Parking lot was at the entrance, no problem finding parking.

What an amazing place to stay at! We loved everything. The staff is super friendly, rooms spacious, breakfast delicious and the food in the main restuarant superb as well!..nothing to fault. Only 5mins walk to the slope and thermal pools. We will definitely come back. Dziekujemy!

Breakfast was nice. Jacuzzi and Spa area was nice, but there should be somebody, who could keep an order there as one family "took" the Jacuzzi for themself and there was no chance to use it. Hotel in general is and looks very nice. Room was warm and had a nice view. Bar and bartender very good.

The owners were lovely people and they tended to our every need. Breakfast buffet offered many choices and the food was delicious. The jacuzzi and sauna were lovely. A ski lift is near by and runs in the summer too. We highly recommend this place.
