I loved the spa with an amazing lake-view from the window and helpful staff,. The room was comfortable, clean, with realy huge beautiful bathroom. I enjoyed dinner in their fine dining Grand Restaurant. The breakfast was also delicious and rich. Would definitely visit that hotel again.

The hotel is located in the picturesque little village right in the heart of the High Tatra Mountains - the views are none to one. The hotel is luxurious, staff super helpful and the breakfast really tasty with a free Prosecco as a bonus! Their spa is a must go.

This hotel managed to hire the nicest persons in the world. Flawless English, absolutely friendly and helpful. Every single contact with a staff member was a delight. Buffet both breakfast and dinner - you will definitely gain weight, everything is delicious!

Great hotel that met our expectations. Everything is new, the style is great and views are incredible. Also the swimming pool and wellness are amazing. We’ve really enjoyed our stay and relaxed there. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was tasty with a lot of variety.

This is not the first time we have visited here. Amazing hosts, great location with a view of the mountains. Cozy and modern furnished separate apartments. After returning from the mountains, you can relax in the sauna and jacuzzi. We can't wait to come back here again!

Perfect place. The room is spacious and tidy. The view from the balcony is amazing. And when you get up in the morning, you can reach the hiking trails in 10 minutes.

Absolutely amazing to stay there. The view was outer worldly, most of the hiking trails start right from the cottage. Food was exceptional and the room was cosy and comfortable.

The hotel is situated in the quiet suburbs of Zakopane - about half an hour walk to the centre. It has a swimming pool that works from 9 a.m. till 9 p.m. The room was big, comfortable, cozy and quiet. We had a nice balcony, too. The breakfast was very tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Good location, but everywhere in Zakopane seems to be easily walkable. The room was fine. Had a fridge and a balcony with a goid view. The breakfast was really good and the staff was nice.

I really love this property. I travel a lot but I never experienced a customer service like in here. I felt almost at home. Big room, everything clean, the baby’s crib was already in the room with warm blankets pillows. An incomparable service!!

Amazing view of the Tatra mountains from our balcony. Very helpful and attentive staff all across the hotel. Good and spacious rooms, but the lack of USB charging points and of a rainfall shower is unusual for a hotel of this alleged class and price. Plus the room door didn’t have the interior locks, which was also a surprise. The spa is good, enjoying the jacuzzi with the views of the mountains was really nice.

Amazing food in the restaurant, absolutely loved the breakfast. Reasonable prices, sauna and jacuzzi are ok. We went to the aquapark on a rainy afternoon and that was worth it too.

Amazing place to stay. The staff was very nice and in-house restaurant serves delicious feed. The only thing we didn't like was that the room was rather small. The wash basin in the bathroom also pretty small. Other than that, we liked the vibe.

Wonderful hotel, we had a great stay. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, they even arranged for us to have a packed lunch on our last day as we left before breakfast! We had an amazing view of the hills from our room too!

Quality accommodation, cleanliness, pleasant cozy environment made of natural materials, excellent food - rich breakfast, fantastically tasty dinners - choice from the menu. Helpful and kind staff. Safe parking at the hotel. We would love to come back.

The location is perfect, only few meters away from the cable cars. The room was perfect with a view to the peak. The breakfast was delicious.

THE STAFF. Everyone was amazing, really attentive and super kind. The location is convenient, great breakfast, good value for half board. But the best was the staff, both in the restaurant and the reception.

The wellness area was truly outstanding—one of the best I’ve ever seen, offering a perfect place to relax. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was also impressive, with a great variety of delicious and plentiful options.

A perfect place to stay during a trip to the Slovak Tatras! We had a wonderful room: very spacious and modern. The spa was a great after hiking and the breakfast offer was huga and everything was delicious! A shame we only stayed for one night: next time we will definitely stay for longer!

We liked absolutely everything! The staff was nice and helpful, the spa was good, the room was nice, clean, comfortable and everything you would expect from that kind of Hotel. If you go to the restaurant, don't miss the chicken soup. I think it is one of the best chicken soups I have ever had.

We had a clean and spacious room, with a beautiful view over the Nízke Tatry. Staff was lovely and approachable throughout our stay. Breakfast and dinner was varied and prepared to a high standard. Perfect for families and for those with smaller children!

Everything was super, the deluxe apartment was big and clean, the food (breakfast and dinner too) was delicious and the garden was very relaxing!

Charming location with an open dining area that overlooks a generous backyard. A short 10 minute walk from the train station, the rooms were clean and decently sized. We enjoyed the dinner service and breakfast buffet. They also helped us with luggage storage.

Great location, super quiet for a good rest, close to main city (plenty of restaurants) by walk and close to the hiking trails. Beautiful new designed room & bathroom, and spacious balcony with mountain view (in our case). Personal was super nice and helpful. For sure I am coming back next year.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel in mid January. It has very good location, walking distance from Krupowki or Rondo in Kuźnice. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. breakfast very tasty with plenty of delicious things.

Clean, new, comfortable, beautiful, very good location, very nice and helpful stuff. Everything is just perfect. One thing- if there are people sitting in lobby and talking loud you will not sleep (we were at second floor next to stairs going down to lobby).

The property was beautiful and clean. The view from the balcony to the mountains was lovely! It’s a great location because the area is quiet and away from crowds, but still close to the main tourist attractions. Recommend very much!

I liked everything: room, view, squash court, bowling lane, dinner and breakfast, hotel bar. The wellness area is amazing as well as sauna sessions. All within very reasonable price. I truly recommend this hotel.

The room was very comfortable equipped with everything you need. Half board was definitely worth it, different options every day and all of them were delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It is a fantastic place with a lot of activities. The wellness and pool area is very good. The breakfast was very good. We were lucky and stayed on the 7 floor, the room had a fantastic view. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable.

Modern spacious room in a great location near the busy main strip but far enough away to be quiet in the evening. The breakfast buffet was as good as any high end hotel chain ... delicious, varied and quickly restocked. We had a lovely stay.

My family stayed at this hotel, there where the staff's warm hospitality and efficient service, also tasty breakfast and parking spot. With its prime location close to key attractions (about 15 min walk) and convenient transportation, I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning soon!

Nice, spacious , clean apartment with balcony overlooking a creek. Elektricka stop ( Stara Lesna ) is just 1 km, so 10 min walk. All tracking path can be reached easily. Its a great place to stay.

Good location, near the city center and public transport (10 minutes from main train station). Tasty dinner and breakfast with lots of different kind of meals. Raw honey available for breakfast, great idea to serve honey!

A room not too big, but we only slept there as we spent whole day out. Meals served at a restaurant a short stroll from the hotel, not a big deal, much better when snowing, kids had so much fun just walking for a meal. An unlimited pool entry to Aqua city included.

Riverside is not in the Aquacity building but 200 meters away inside the sport stadium. For food you need to walk over to the main buiding. Buffet breakfast and dinner were great with lots of choices, they had gluten free bread upon request.

Lovely golf resort with stunning panoramic views of High Tatras. We came to play golf family of 4 which we really enjoyed. All staff were amazing and attentive all the time. We enjoyed the the wellness area, too. We are gonna be back definitely next year. Thank you all for enjoyable break.

We was here more times , and all was everytime perfect . Staff was helpful and kindly. Wellnes is smaller , but thats not problem , cause enough for peoples. Outside pool is nice in evening . Rooms are clean and they have view on mountains or golf green.

The room was spacious and bright, nice bathroom. We enjoyed breakfast buffet, filled with various different options. Generally food and drinks were really nice. I liked the outdoor hot pool and the wellness zone. The location provides magnificent views.

Rooms are all new and clean, and there is a restaurant in the hotel which has the best reviews in the area - and fairly so. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed all our meals. Staff is friendly and speaks good English.

Convenient location (10 min walk to the ski lifts, a couple of min to the shops). Comfortable beds (except for the pillows, which were too high, but that's personal). The mountains can be seen from the balcony. Hearty breakfast from the breakfast menu.

Everything was perfect and overall a great experience. The restaurant staff was friendly and the food was very tasty.

All the stay was very calm and relaxing, no crowds, no noisy neighbors, even the Spa was nearly like a private, food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing.

Perfect location. Brekfasrt was spectacular. Sauna and pool were always clean with only a few people. Drinks at the bar also were really good.

Wellness was clean, with few people and no children. Food selection at breakfast was great including fried bacon and fresh pineapple. Will definitely return in the future.
