Everything! The sparkling clean and spacious room, the views directly from the bed, the food, friendly staff, the location is just perfect - free parking and if you prefer the move without car the bus stop is in front of the hotel door.

The hotel is great. Not only is the hotel based close to lifts, restaurants, bars and Innsbruck Airport, the staff make it a very enjoyable stay. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is perfect for a day on the slopes. I would highly recommend staying here.

Exceptional property, wonderful friendly hosts, spotlessly clean apartment with all amenities needed. It was only a short walk to all restaurants, bars, shops and ski lifts. Perfect location!

The place was excellent, we love it totally. The chalets are very new, modern, well maintained, equipped and spacious . The location is perfect, took us less than 5 mins to the slope. We had an amazing time here!

The units were very spacious, clean and welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was easy to cook for a large family. Easy access to the road and to a nice walking trail by the river. Self check in was simple and communication with the staff was super easy.

The chalet is lovely, all the rooms were so cozy and the beds were really comfortable.The house was perfectly clean and we enjoyed the sauna. The staff was very nice and helpful . The ski area was ok.

The atmosphere was peaceful and the view was great. I highly recommend this chalet to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable escape. I would definitely come back again!

Friendly staff, convenient location close to glacier, newly renovated wellness centre, nice restaurant and good food, good starting point for walks. We stayed in a room in the annex, which was clean, traditional style and recently renovated.

We had half board and food was above expectations, no problem to find gluten free options. We had our own table at the restaurant. Staff and waiters are kind and always there to help. The spa was a nice surprise, very clean. The hotel arranged that we could shower after check out. Comfortable beds.

I stayed 7 days in room 67. Large, clean room, bathroom equipped with all facilities. I appreciated the team at the restaurant, the exceptional position of the hotel (room with view to the glacier) and the new look of the swimming pool with the furniture and facilities offered (sauna, wellness).

We stopped on a way for skiing holiday in Italy. Very nice rooms, very good location just next to Brenner motorway. Delicious dinner (tartare, steak, salat with shrimps) in a la carte restaurant and very good breakfast. Price for 4 adults and 2 children was comparable with other hotels on the way.

Easy access from the train station and generous parking. Small menu for a la carte dinner, but the quality is absolutely worth it. Sauna was actually quiet, which surprised us given the size of the hotel. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was okay.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Quiet location but within easy walking distance to the Main Street in Mayrhofen. Clean, spacious room, with a large shower. Excellent breakfast buffet. Finally, the owner was very friendly, informative and accommodating.

Home made juices and fabulous fresh jams in breakfast. The personal touch to the details were commendable. The location is perfect if you want to use public transports. Thanks Thomas for a memorable stay.

A great venue for a family holiday - the playroom and pools were lovely, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were comfortable with magnificent views. Our only request would be for the bar to be staffed more often, when we wanted a coffee!

Very modern rooms, great food, we had the half board and it was very tasty. Friendly staff, they were accommodating. The facilities were great, the whole hotel has been recently renovated and looks very modern and nice. We really enjoyed the spa facilities and the rooftop pool!

The buffet, at both breakfast and dinner was excellent. There was a huge choice of options for every palette and a new special each evening for dinner. All of the food was of a very high standard and delicious.

The hotel has a perfect location, just a few minutes from Mayrhofen center, with many shops and supermarkets within walking distance. The room was beautiful, very clean, and had a nice mountain view. Breakfast was great, and both reception and housekeeping were fast and responsive.

Very cozy and comfortable hotel in a good location. We had a large room with terrace, breakfast/dinner were exceptionally good and the sauna inviting for relaxation. The host is very friendly and accomodating. We had a great time during our stay in Landhaus Carla and will for sure come back.

We were only here for a drink, but liked the cosy atmosphere - considering it is a big property, this was quite a surprise. Large comfortable bar, friendly and helpful staff, and absolutely spotless. They were very tolerant of our rain-soaked state!

Great stay. Spa is modernized, rooms seem a bit dated. Dinner and breakfast were very good the afternoon snack can be skipped for the most part, especially since space on the terrace is very limited. Bus to go skiing leaves directly out front.

Great breakfast, egg bar, fresh pastries, selection of butter, honey, very good orange juice, etc. Large outdoor pool, nice and well heated, Finnish sauna. Accommodation met expectations, description corresponds to reality.

It’s a lovely, feel at home place. The location is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the roads, perfect to plenty of hiking locations, Rina was absolutely great with all the help and requests. The breakfast was absolutely an amazing spread!

Excellent service, including the owners themselves. The staff is very friendly, the food amazing and very abundant. Very comfortable stay.

Amaizing staff, clean, great food and wine. The target group is probably not families with children, but we felt very welcome with our children at 2 and 4.

I love this location, foods and people are lovely and friendly! Good standard!

This is our second time to stay at Berghaf hotel , Perfect for a family trip, all facilities made our stay fabulous, food options for breakfast and dinner were so delicious, definitely coming back again.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the train/bus station and within walking distance of the main cable car stations and the shops. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was good with buffet options for starters and dessert. Would stay here again.
