We booked an apartment - spacious and clean with large balcony. There was cleaning service every day. Food at breakfast was also very good. Beach is right across the street so 2 mins walk. The hotel has a pool -standard and kid pool which is also great. I really recommend this place

We liked the large rooms and the perfect location. The beach is just in front of the hotel. There was always a variety of options for linch/dinner and a lot of fruits.

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff where very friendly and helpful and the all inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner options were something we really enjoyed. It was nice to see that every day had a different theme with variety of food which added value to our stay.

The rooms were clean and luxurious. The food and drinks were of great quality and taste. The pools and sea were perfect. The staff was friendly and had a great level of hygiene. We simply loved it and would definitely come back again!

Excellent location, clean room, fantastic view from the balcony, delicious food, and the staff were incredible! I will definitely return for a longer stay!

The hotel is 5 minutes away from the central beach. The personnel is smiley and helpful. The rooms are cozy and the bed is really comfortable.

Location is excellent! It is literally on the beach, we enjoyed our breakfast watching the sea. It's also close to attractions for children such as the AquaPark (which is awesome!) Camel Park and Nessebar. Receptionists were superkind and helpful!

Lovely room, stylish, spacious and very comfortable. They said they upgraded us to a standard one instead of the economy we booked. Easy access to a great beach. Pizza and snack bar with decent quality all day.

We stayed 4 nights at the Avenue Deluxe Hotel. Hotel was cozy and food was nice. Hotel manager was making us feel very welcome and was very professional and customer oriented and helpful specially during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice experience.

We can only recommend this hotel for your stay. It was very clean, in perfect location - not loud and still very near to the centre and to the beach. Food was perfect. Even if some of us are picky eaters, there was always pizza as an option so we´ve never had trouble with food.

The room is spacious and the buffet breakfast is quite satisfactory. Also, you can reach Sunny Beach within 15 minutes on foot. There is a big parking space for free just next to the hotel.

Great stay! Everything was super clean, the food was varied and tasty, and the staff were friendly. Highly recommend!

Pool bar, the restoran on the top floor was amazing, tasty food and susi night was amazing. Bulgaria night was a nice surprise. The view was amazing.

The hotel is clean well furnished and all the staff are helpful and welcoming. The room are stylish and having been to Bulgaria on many occasions the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The roof top restaurant is great the breakfast menu has plenty of choose for all dietary needs

You just cannot get hungry! There is food somewhere all the time. It is delicious. The coffee bar on each floor. The room is spacious. The atmosphere/ambiance. It is a huge resort with lots of opportunities.

Everything was perfect - accommodation, facilities, food, staff, aquapark 😍 will visit again 100%. It is perfect for families with kids.

Excellent food; very polite staff at the reception desk; spacious bedrooms; clean swimming pools, overall, very well-maintained resort. We have visited the resort couple of times 3-4 years ago and it still offers very good service as before.

Very nice hotel, hotel staff is very nice and cooperative. The food was very taste and fresh and there were a lot of dishes. Still the furniture in the restaurant and poll bar needs some improvements. Animation team is great.

The stay at the hotel was excellent The working clean food was just fine There was one problem with pool towels that probably didn't have enough Beyond that, everything was fine.

This resort is fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was super clean and felt secure. The food and drink options were for mass consumption, but everyone in the family was happy. They have fresh squeezed orange juice in the mornings which is amazing. The pools were too cold to use and one of the kids clubs were closed so it was only partial hours. Additional activities to help get energy used up for the kids since they wouldn’t swim would have been great.

Great resort with great variety of pools, water slides, its own beach (water is not deep, so it's suitable for kids), spa center with indoor pool and saunas, etc. Fitness center is also great. Everything is sparkling clean and the staff is very friendly. Great work from the entertainment team, my kid loved staying with them at the kids center. Food was ok, good variety and quantity and well organized restaurant without huge queues. Taste could be improved a little, but was ok overall. I also enjoyed the fountains show in the evening. It's very beautiful. All in all great resort that I can definitely recommend.

The food was good and enough. I didn't want more dishes. It wasn't crowded, there were free tables outside. Quiet and pleasant. Nice employees. I know that in bigger and more expensive hotels there are more dishes but from my point of view they are useless.

The hotel is in a great location to explore the town centre, directly on the main shopping street (at the opposite end to the square), a very short walk away from all of the shops and restaurants. As well as the perfect proximity to town, the good size lifts inside the hotel also meant that it was suitable for our reduced mobility requirements. We took the larger apartment for comfort and were not disappointed. There were two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, which was appreciated; and we were also pleased to see that a small fridge was present, which we were not expecting. The balcony was a good size - as well as views of the sea it also overlooked straight down the main street of Vlas so was perfect for people-watching in the evenings. The package that we booked included evening meals. A common complaint of hotels with meals included is that they are normally bland and repetitive, but the hotel clearly paid attention to vary the food every night - even including dishes that were not actually on the menu! Everything was well-prepared and tasty. The menu is quite small, but the prices and portion sizes were both good. There are two well-known bars literally within a few metres of the entrance (Gancho's and Bobby's); Review supermarket right next door; and a bakery 2 minutes away around the corner. The beach and Marina are also just a quick walk downhill, about 6 or 7 minutes away.

The food is more than enough.They had a cheese wheel from where you could get pasta. The pools and the slides are great. The view from the 8th floor is amazing if you are lucky to get one of those rooms.

Everything was fine, food was delicious, drinks were local ones. No problems with the staff, we have used the stairs sometimes to go to the restaurant.

Position ok, very clean, nice and big rooms, big spaces. Nice food, free loungers and umbrellas on the beach

Great place for family vacation, many pools for children of different ages. 10 min walk to the beach and promenade where you can buy everything. Delicious food and drinks. Beautiful and clean resort so we extended our stay for 3 more nights.

Rooms were comfortable, the food was very good. A big variety, and delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful. The spa is very good.

The room was big and clean , and the beds and pillows were very comfy. The food was tasty, and the deserts had taste in comparison with other hotels. We did not leave the resort during the day.

Beautiful, clean, safe , fully equipped apartment. Had everything we needed. 15min walk from the main street and beach. Had even washing machine. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

The room was clean and well-equipped with everything needed to cook meals, making it perfect for a convenient and comfortable stay. The nearby supermarket was a huge plus, offering a wide range of groceries and essentials, so we had everything we needed just a short walk away.

apartments are 5 mins walking to the beach. property itself very clean,(cleaned daily) tidy corridors. 100% valued for the money. perfect for travellers who can easily self catered. however loads of cafes, restaurants around.

Super-friendly and helpful reception on-site. Clean and modern.

Excellent Hotel and Aquapark, clean and the staff was very friendly! That was my second stay there, great location,probably 1 km from the beach but they do have free shuttle bus every 30 minutes! The restaurant was great as well!

The water park is amazing, many pools and everything is clean and organized. We didn't wait a lot at all for each slide. The food is great and offers many tasty options. The room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, and the bathroom is also big and quite clean.
