Very clean and cozy. The hosts were very friendly and easygoing, and made us fresh scrambled eggs and omelettes every morning. Nothing was an issue and they went out of their way to help us out.

We have enjoyed our stay very much. Pension Luky is homely, comfortable place to stay. Location is perfect, close to town, yet quiet and peaceful. We will come back again on our next trip to Krkonose.

Great hotel: comfortable rooms with excellent views of the mountains, delicious breakfasts and dinners, friendly staff, close to the ski lifts to Medvedin — 10-15 minutes by foot. They upgraded our room and it was very nice. We'll be happy to return!

We absolutely loved our stay! It is the perfect mountain town homey environment we were looking for. Not to mention the delicious dinners! Every day we were looking forward to the 2 course dinner :) perfect for a long day of active sport in the mountains. We cannot recommend this hotel enough 💖

Great location, clean rooms with amenities and it is really quiet at night which I appreciate especially in nature. What this hotel stands out with is the food, they have amazing half board, the food is absolutely delicious and they have also a great selection of wine!

Breakfast is pretty good, you can also order some type of eggs (included in the price). Location is perfect for skiing (ski-in/ski-out), restaurant is inside the hotel with decent food and not expensive, rooms are clean and warm, good beds and facilities for kids.

The hotel has a restaurant with a terrace, great for dinner. We had a very comfortable room with private sauna which can be switched on at additional price.

The hotel is in perfect location, close to the hiking trail and still not far from the city, rooms are new, breakfast served every morning from 8 till 9 - great selection, everyting was perfect , looking forward to visit Obzor again

The location was difficult to find when using GPS. However, after arrival, the location appeared very good.: quiet, close to the church and natural sights, and to the centre.

Comfortable bed, good size room, kitchen available to prepare meals. Fridge in the kitchen and a small one in the room was a bonus! Really friendly and helpful staff. We are totally grateful for letting us leave our car outside the hotel for 3 nights when we stayed in the mountains. Very kind 😇 Tasty homemade breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Superb location slightly away from the town centre but closer to the trail, exactly what we needed. We are very happy with our stay and we would definitely stay there again 😀

They might not have a safety deposit box, an elevator, or a bath tub, or an electronic key but those are not relevant to me. The quality of the room, the bathroom, the breakfast and all other amenities are 4-star worthy. Hiking trails are nearby. Many restaurants around. Quite at night. Safe area. They allowed us to check-in at 10:00 and checkout late. There's a shared kitchen for midnight microwaveable popcorn.

Das Vivaldi ist ein gutes Mittelklassehotel im oberen Teil von Karpacz. Es liegt zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Mein Zimmer war modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich, da war für alle was dabei.

Great breakfast, sauna and hot tub open to guests until 22:00. Easy access to hiking trails.

Wspólnie z żoną spędziliśmy bardo miłe i aktywne dni w Karpaczu. Hotel Vivaldi położony jest w bardzo ciekawym miejscu. Dla każdego odpoczywającego znajdzie się coś miłego. Nas interesował aktywny wypoczynek więc wyprawa w góry była najlepszym pomysłem. Pogoda dopisała więc i zmęczenie było całkiem spore. W hotelu miła obsługa, sauna, basen i jakuzi sprawiły że wieczorem czuliśmy się świetnie. Dopełnieniem była kolacja w hotelowej restauracji która również była bardzo smaczna. Następne dni spędziliśmy na zwiedzaniu okolicy Karpacza. Pobyt w samym hotelu oceniamy bardzo dobrze i możemy go polecić innym.

The breakfast was awesome, the dinner too. Great restaurant, very polite staff. There was a bartender too, and the coffee wasn't bad at all! They also give you gifts if you have a birthday, and a small gift for each child when you leave.

The hotel was very lovely with interesting decor all around its interior. Beds were super comfy. You could hear the river floating from the outside which was a very calming experience. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Nice and cosy chalet with modern rooms. Great and friendly staff. The restaurant downstairs offers meals throughout the day. Big TV in the room and free parking.

Breakfast was ideal, both hot and cold options, coffee excellent, not from a machine! Bread was fresh and tasty was well.

Rooms are generally nice and clean, just simple good looking accomodation. I loved the outdoor sauna and restaurant. The best part of this place is the staff, extremely helpful, extremely nice. For them alone I highly recommend staying here.

There was a little bowl with treats and for our dog when we arrived and a dog's bed for him. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice!

They really are dog-friendly!! The food is totally worth the money! We would recommend to eat dinner as well. The location is great.

We liked the well-maintained facilities and access to the sauna. The room was basic but a good size and clean. Breakfast offered many choices, well-presented and tasty. We stayed three nights during a relatively quiet time, as there were not many people in the hotel or tourists in town. We also received a discount at a nearby restaurant, which offered very good food. The location was perfect for hiking. It was the starting point for the black trail to Sowia Przełęcz. To access other trails, you can take a local bus to Wang Church for 5zl.

Second stop in this comfortable family hotel.

We only went for 1 night but had very nice stay in this hotel. They are dog-friendly which is why we chose this hotel in the first place. Overall we were very happy because the beds (and duvets) were very comfy, room was big and clean, the breakfast was nice. The hotel is right at the main street so you are basically right n the centre and it is close anywhere you go. There is a pirogy restaurant ver close which we can recommend. Also, the hotel offers free parking and inside the hotel area there is a garden with a miniture buildings that you can see around in the area. This is not our hobby really but it was interesting to see. Also there are little "markets" selling hot cheese which is delicious and you must try that, it is super cheap but bear in mind that they do not take credit cards, you need to have cash. Although we saw ATM :) I would recommend this place and would gladly come back. Thank you.

Rooms large, spacious and well-equipped. Great breakfasts - huge selection, everything fresh. Good restaurant downstairs. The hotel is very quiet - you don't hear other guests. A plus for access to the sauna and a balcony in the room.

The hotel is so easy to find in the center of the village, the free breakfast was great quality and a huge value. A comfortable room with a little fridge, good wifi, and a great shower. No lift/elevator, so it could be an issue for those with limited mobility, but not a problem for us.

Room was clean and cosy. Wellness was amazing, not to crowded, everything working properly, really relaxing.

At night 100% silent (good isolation). The staff, at arrival and at checking out speak good English and German and are very friendly. Same as the staff in the fantastic restaurant. The breakfast is pure quality. A wide choice of food with many delicious items that really (positive) surprised us. The hotel at itself is beautiful and just a few minutes driving from the centre of the very nice village. It is clear to us that the owner and his son perfect know what it means to be one of the best. For sure we will visit you again.

Amazing cosy pension with warm armosphere. The surrounding is magical - beautiful forests and nature. Staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. I miss this place and can’t wait to come back soon!

Large pool. Good restaurant and very good food - we tasted a lot and everything was great. I don't see how anyone can argue otherwise. The chef knows what he's doing. Sometimes you just have to wait for your meal when it's rush hour.

Very nice and clean hotel with fantastic service beginning from the very helpfull sir in the reception, restaurant waiters, to the service man who repaired my broken boot (big thank you - it worked even on the Śnieżka peak) :-)! The historical place with the greate and calm atmosphere in the middle of mountains.It was really pleasure spend time here.Thank you for all, we will come back again for sure.

Everything is good in this place! The location, the infrastructure, the rooms, the food, the view and so on.. We also had a car incident, the staff was very helpful and helped us getting a wrecker back home! I highly recommend! :)

The hotel is located in the middle of a fantastic resort , the hotel have everything that a hiking loving family is need , welcoming personal and a convenient rooms , a swimming pool and a family of Alpakas at front yard :)

Great hotel and friendly staff! Breakfast was delicious, although the dishes were the same every day. At check-in we asked for a change of room, the request was honoured! The rooms are clean.

Lovely view and a extremly comfortable bed for sleeping only. There was even a nice couch in our room - which was a nice bonus. The room itself was very well setup. Not mention the lovely sheets and pillows.

I had a great time in this hotel, I enjoyed all my moments here. The breakfast was great, wellness is great and all the services are great as well.

Everything was amazing there from the staff to the rooms. Prices are great for the area and the food tasted GREAT! Staff is really friendly and just loved my doggie.

The location is perfect, and you can go to the night ski directly from the hotel, takes only 5 min, and when it's too cold, you can come back to your room and drink hot tea, and then you can go back to ski again!

The queuing system was fast and efficient. The lifts were large and had the pull down covers to protect you from wind. Perfect :)

Hotel Lenka is perfect! It's not the fanciest hotel you've ever visited in your life, but it overexceeds your expectations with other parameters, such as very nice breakfast, super nice friendly people, comfy rooms, peace, location, dog friendliness.... not often we give 10 stars and Lenka is not a 5 star luxury hotel, but we ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT here and will for sure come again!

The location cannot be better if you just want to walk to the ski lift from the hotel-a 3-minute walk. But a bit away from shops, restaurants and bars. Thankfully there is one restaurant within the hotel, if you are not picky about the choices. The staff members are super nice and helpful. They really made me feel at home or being a friend of theirs. The warm hospitality effectively compensated the overall amenities that seem to be build during the communist time or on a low budget. But if you want to stay at a place next to the lift and be welcomed by the super nice staff, this can be your choice.

We really enjoyed the hotel. It’s very cozy, kids friendly and it has a nice breakfast. The restaurant food is also very tasty and a good value for money. The only problem for me was that there was only one vegetarian option.

I liked that the window opened to let the fresh mountin air in. I got bottled water and fresh towels when needed. 2 bottled waters were replenished daily. Breakfast and dinner buffet was great. Good selection. Espresso machines had great coffee and variety of teas were also available. Staff was friedly, courteous and knowledgable.
