I had an amazing stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming. The room was spotless and modern, with all the amenities I could ask for, they even upgraded us for free. The food was good as well and there was plenty of variety.

Every thing is perfect!! The service is amazing, the hotel is luxurious and very clean. Breakfast is wonderful and pool also r very nice Location very good near dubai marina and close to dubai mall. Plenty of parking have also valet parking.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The taxi service ( Baseet Tourism LLC ) in the hotel was excellent . There was plenty of delicious choice with the buffet meals. We would highly recommend it.

The room was clean. We paid for half board. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and although small, we enjoyed dipping in the pool. However, we expected a dinner buffet but dinner buffet was main meal with water (no juice or soda) :(

The night we spent at this hotel is one of the most memorable we've ever had in all of our travels. We booked a room with a premium view. Breakfast with lot of choice, dinner with greek view still not able to forget...need to visit again. pool view great ... love to stay long in the pool.

Great location since it is along the beach in Al Seef. Many restaurants options within the area. The best part is when you walk around Al Seef and enjoy the crowd, shops or just sit on the bench. It was relaxing. Clean bedding, bed is comfy. Love the breakfast!

The room was very spacious, had a mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities. It had a massive selection of food for breakfast from 6 to 10.30am, allowing guests to sleep in if necessary. The Dubai metro Station, Al Gharoud is a 400m walk from the hotel. Terminal 1 and 3 are on this metro line.

Property is very well maintained and staff is very polite. It is situated in prime location on Sheikh Zayed road and views from the balcony are very beautiful. The only problem is limited breakfast buffet options for vegetarians.

Hotel is very clean, roomy, contemporary and conveniently located right next to metro station, local restaurant and supermarket. Free breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend getting a room with view of Burj Khalifa.

Everything was ok, one of the best value for money apartments in the area. Room modern, clean, bed extremely comfy. Only negative was that the room was not ready for check in time but was made to feel comfortable using other facilities in the hotel whilst waiting for my room to be ready.

The hotel is in a great location. It is super clean and breakfast was good with variety of options. The staff are super nice and professional. Special mention for Parves, Krishna who did a lovely job at keeping our room clean and homey. Thank you Staybridge Suites for the lovely stay.

The single most important comment I would single out is the incredible team of people. I work in luxury hospitality security, I pick up on the small detail. The operations team particularly within F&B really were very welcoming, knowledge, super helpful and very professional.

From the moment we stepped in the hotel, everything was perfect, the staff were helpful and the room was amazing with great views. Our room would be cleaned to perfection everyday by the staff. We will definitely be using this hotel again.

The hotel was clean and the entire staff was professional and friendly. The only thing I would to say that when I booked the hotel, the distance to Dubai Downton shows 6 to 7 km but in reality, it was much further.

By far the most attentive staff I’ve ever experienced. They were on top of any request we made. The Skyline view Suite was amazing as well. Not sure of when I may be back in Dubai but list property will definitely be on my list to revisit.

Family trip for limited time,location is excellent but the real gem is the staff , very nice and helpful from start,they also helped in not only keeping our luggage last day but helping to put some medicines in fridge. Room is spacious ,clean and views were good ,and quiet .

Sofitel Dubai Downtown is in a great location downtown, in close proximity to the metro and the Dubai Mall. Great view of the city from our room. Fitness room, spa, pool, and breakfast were all highlights from our stay at the Sofitel. Staff were so attentive, friendly, and helpful.

Helpful staff who when over and above to assist. They even gave our four year old a Camel stuffy to make him comfortable. Gorgeous, modern,clean room. Very helpful concierge. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Nice hotel with great service and well appointed rooms. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. A great feature was the onsite coffee - tea bar with space to work and meet colleagues. The roof top pool and bar were also great features. Enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend this hotel.

It was comfortable staying at this hotel. Amazing view of the city. The staffs were all friendly. The bell boy Ivan was super helpful.

Palace Downtown was an excellent hotel for our family over Christmas. Every detail was so thoughtful and the location can not be beat. The breakfast staff were so attentive and made our kids feel very special. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We woyld absolutely stay here again

This place is amazing. The view is incredible . The breakfast baffle is spectacular. The pool and cabanas were totally enjoyable. We were upgraded to a suite for being an hotels.com member. I only regret not staying longer….

A wonderful 5 star resort within walking distance of Burj Khalifa & shopping malls. Beautiful pool area with a stunning metropolitan backdrop, amazing food with a restaurant on the lake where you can enjoy the fountain show. A truly memorable stay!

The hotel room was nice, clean and spacious, we have upgraded the room with a promotion. Near to restaurant and Metro station, friendly and helpful staff.

Love everything about this stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Just one hick up was that i choose a sky room (62nd floor) for the view but the glass was too dirty to enjoy the view. Beside that everything else was just amazing.

Very good value. Good location close to the port, nice shops nearby. The staff was attentive and very efficient. The room was perfect, wish I could have stayed longer to utilize the kitchen and washer! Nice workspace too. The sheets were so soft and bed very comfortable.

I stay at Savoy Central often. It is a very well-run hotel. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

Very professional, friendly and accommodating hotel staff. The room was nice, clean and spacious. Comfortable little pastry lounge in the lobby area (the Carrot cake was so delicious) I observed a hair salon next to the elevator. The location was close to allot of attractions as well.

The service was great. There is alot of construction going on so walking around can be difficult. However, walked to a great restaurant for dinner and food was delicious. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms, pools, restaurants, and lobby were all top notch.

Hotel was luxurious with a friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast buffet with so many breakfast options. The property also was well maintained and new.

I loved the food here. We reached late night and ordered midnight dinner. It was yummy and came to the room with beautiful presentation. The breakfast buffet was the best breakfast I ever had. great hospitality !

We had a great time at the pool in Ramada Plaza! My kids had so much fun — the pool area was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for families. A big shoutout to Ripon, the lifeguard, who was very helpful and attentive. He made sure everyone was safe and enjoying their time.

Safe hotel to stay at very luxury. Very quiet. Transportation it’s right on their door train or tax. They have restaurant inside and bar, jacuzzi and so on very awesome place to stay at if you’re in Dubai I recommend it.

We stayed here for 9 nights. Really family friendly hotel, private beach was amazing. The staff went above and beyond for our little boy who has allergies. The hotel is very clean and there is so much to do with kids here. More choice of food would make it even better!

The room was clean and big, aircon is not loud, working wifi and nice buffet on breakfast. I was able to sleep well. Bathroom was equipped with shower gels for body and head. Also there's a nice clean private beach in the front of the hotel

The receptionist “ Indian Girl” were great , she was very welcoming and polite , additionally she upgraded for us the reservation and gave us all the required information without asking , she were very helpful and the water were great , the swimming pool water were so fun cold but nice and clean

This beach resort is amazing.. the staffare friendly and accomodating specially the lady in the reception.. their pool is big and they the beach is so nice. The room is so spacious and huge..

The front desk staff especially mamum was absolutely amazing and looked after me the minute. They have a prayer room, coffee and food available on the beach. I got the sunset suite which was amazing I really enjoyed my stay. I wish I could stay longer

Beautiful beach, great resort, spacious room and very good breakfast. Note that "city view" is a view that includes the parking lot, and the beach club charges 3000 AED to use the beach bed around the pool, so that kinda sucks

Nikki beach is legit amazing! It’s on a private beach and has a beach club! The complimentary breakfast is dope! And everyone was so nice and helpful! I highly recommended Nikki beach!!

Hotel provides daily complimentary bus to beach and cookies and tea in the afternoon. Pool is not busy so don't have to wake up early to reserve beds. Reasonable choice of breakfast food. Efficient air conditioning, and clean kitchenette. Friendly staff. Daily room cleaning service.

The room was clean and the service great. The food at the breakfast bar was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers to Dubai.

Wrote the hotel two messages months and weeks before the stay, through Expedia, never replied. Staff is very helpful, walkable (30 min) to the Dubai Mall, next to the Business Bay metro. Supermarket next door. Shuttle to the Dubai Mall and the beach.

This property is clean . Staff were polite and helpful. Very spacious. Location is very good within walking distance to business bay metro .

This hotel was truly amazing. Everyone was super friendly and kind especially Ashraf on the front desk, he was so great and made our stay very special. Will definitely come to this place again.

Wonderful stay in club room on 11th floor Staff at check in were really great and got my room without having to wait despite getting to hotel at 10:00, room was comfy and spacious and the club lounge was great from breakfast and evening snacks, pool was nice and warm and pool deck was nice

The stay at Pullman was excellent. The staff was very nice and professional. The room was spacious and very clean. It was connected to the deira city center and made our shopping easy. 😊 I would recommend this for people who are hear for vacation and also want to do some shopping.

The hotel was great but I was upgraded to the executive room and the executive lounge food choices could be better. especially for breakfast, there was more variety in the restaurant.

Less than 15 mins drive from DXB. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We got breakfast included and it was very nice. Fresh made to order omelette, pancakes or waffles. Supermarket is right under it so u don’t have to go far for any necessities. Will come again !!!!

The hotel staff is amazing. Restaurant has got the variety and choices, and can customize to your needs. The lead/manager in the restaurant - Vinesh is an amazing person, customer centrecity and hospitality. He accommodated our dietary needs and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

This is an amazing hotel close to all the attractions. It is also close to the union metro station making your journies pretty convenient. The hotel is clean, staff are amazing, and they do give upgrades :-). I got an early check in too after a 14 hour flight - they checked me in at 9am!!

All staff very helpful. Mehran was very helpful when checking in at the front desk. Gladwell at the reception was also very helpful. Eric and DIAB at the concierge were always courteous and friendly but DIAB went out of his to help with packing our luggage.

Check in was fast. We requested a quiet room and had the best sleep ever! Location is perfect. The room was very clean and the view of Deira was beautiful. Thank you Swissotel.

Excellent property in an amazing location. Super clean, quiet and laid back property. We stayed at a studio which was comfortable, modern and with a fully equipped kitchen. The view of Sheikh Zayed road from the room was absolutely worth it. Highly recommeded.

Excellent location / apartments. Very clean and spacious. Couldn't be happier! The frontdesk staff is not the best/smartest in the world. Taking a breakfast order took 4 tries. On that note the room delivered breakfast simply sucks. Cold food, warm juice and cold hot chocolates!

The staff was helpful. They were very accommodating. They helped make my birthday special. The location is convenient for travel throughout Dubai through all forms of transportation. It was clean and also located near 24-hour fast food restaurants which came in handy late night.

Great 40 metre pool , huge apartment , we stay regularly in dubai for work and this is one of the best we have stayed in. Early check in , easy parking, amazing view over Jumeirah and a perfect location for jumping on the SZR to marina and everywhere. We will be back

Hotel is good. Restaurant and hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Specially Davianh and safe are helpful and manage vegetarian food specifically for us on request. Great experience. Hotel room upgrades into studio with burj khalifa view from bedroom.

Very nice location and about 18 minute walk to Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa. Great room with kitchenette and Washer. Pool area needs work and Jacuzzi was not working while there. Free underground parking. Wifi is good. Good value for $ spent. Will come again. View of Canal rooms is very nice as well.

Really pleasant hotel. Staff friendly and always available. Didn't eat here but the mall is a short 15min walk away. Only downside is no taxi drivers know where this is, so can be a struggle getting home. Room very clean and comfortable, balcony great, construction opposite but less audible inside.

A wonderful stay at this hotel! Marie was exceptional! Her warm hospitality and service made our stay unforgettable. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was perfect
