Suite was extremely spacious. Cocktails from the bar were very good. Easy walk to costanera center and metros. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Allowed us to checkin extremely early which was a huge bonus.

The location of the hotel (Providencia; near Sky Santiago) is very good. The rooms are a good size, very clean, and well maintained. Lots of hot water and the internet service was solid! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only had one dinner in the restaurant, and the food was excellent.

Perfect Hotel for stop over while in Santiago. Staff are friendly and helpful. The Colombian girls in the restaurant make an excellent omelet. Rooms are comfortable and the location is perfect for exploring down town.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for the staff. The bed was amazing, so comfortable. The food was outstanding. I've never tasted such lovely scrambled eggs for breakfast, and the evening meals were beautiful.

Excellent hotel experience! The staff were incredibly professional and helpful. Our room was spacious with incredible mountain and city views. Breakfast was a delicious spread with plenty of options. The hotel restaurant was also convenient and served great food.

This is our second stay, this hotel has it all: Location, Service, good food and good value! Breakfast which is included has good variety of fresh food both fruit and vegetables and even steamed vegetables for breakfast. We found especially that the restaurant has excellent food also for dinner.

Beautiful and spacious rooms with great view!. The pool was great and the staff was very friendly. Please don’t miss the breakfast, is amazing!! Would definitely recommend it to my friends when picking a place where to stay when in Santiago Chile.

An excellent, clean and well located hotel, very friendly staff, excellent food and service in the restaurant and very helpful and knowledgeable concierge, I would recommend you consider this hotel if you are ever staying in Santiago, you won't be disappointed.

The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was very good, staff was very attentive, specially at the front desk, and we enjoyed our stay. ATM was across the road, taxis were easily available, central park and metro were next door.

It was close to the airport, perfect for late night/early flight. Included breakfast was excellent, the staff spoke and understood English and the free shuttle was convenient. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

Room was luxurious and excellent value. Staff were friendly and professional. Evening meal in restaurant was really good. Neighbourhood is peaceful and upmarket, with many external dining and shopping options. Lounge area nice for relaxing or meeting.

I stayed here twice in Feb 2025 and both times the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and luxurious and the bed is super comfy. The only downside is that it's a little far from the centre so I had to keep getting Ubers.

What did you like about the property? The hotel has a unique vintage charm with modern touches. The rooftop terrace was a highlight — perfect for relaxing with a drink and enjoying the view. The location is ideal, close to restaurants and attractions, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Everyone at Luciano K made our stay easy and enjoyable. Front desk, breakfast, bar, and housekeeping crew are all friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast is extensive and delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near Lasterria and other places of interest.

Our room was fabulous and very quiet which we had asked for and very clean too. The breakfast for the two days we were there was exceptional as were the staff especially Natalia and the front of desk man who was very friendly and explained where everything was. The staff couldn’t do enough for us.

The staff we incredibly helpful, and went to great lengths to insure we had a great stay. We had to check out early to catch a flight, and they brought us breakfast fixings the night before, as we left too early to get breakfast.

Very nice suite with perfect services. Nice and kind staff. Very good location, next to the mall. Comforable bed, clean, heavy breakfast each morning at the right time in your suite. I will recomend to everybody.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Convenient to mass transit as well as walkable to Vitacura for great restaurants. All staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful.

We stayed here our last night in Chile after returning from Valparaiso. This was the perfect place for us to wind down after an amazing time in Chile. Staff and stay was great and the newly upgraded Italian restaurant was magnificent. 5 stars for sure.

This place was a breath of fresh air, the staff were super friendly and the room was the best room I had on my three week trip around South America. The breakfast was included in my package and this was epic, amazing coffee included, the staff in the cafe were great too

Really comfortable beds, was nice to have a mini kitchen - we were able to heat up leftovers and cook some breakfast. We also liked the balcony, it had a great view and it was very relaxing to just be there chatting, enjoying the chilly air.

The decor and location was fantastic- modern, clean and welcoming. Daniel was so helpful and kind on check in, check out, arranging for taxi and giving us recommendations for tours and restaurants. Cant wait to come back!

Very lovely property with a big room size and very clean. The front desk staff is very nice and knows all sorts of languages. Like how they had a water filter at the front that was easy for feeling. In a safe and comfortable area of town that is walkable to some restaurants and convenience stores.

The hotel is super clean and modern. The breakfast in the morning was also great! They also had a night that had free drinks and snacks for the guests which was a wonderful surprise and super appreciated. The staff were also very professional and helpful when asked questions.

The hotel is located in a safe and nice district of Providencia, very close to metro station, shopping mall and restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable, very clean and well maintained. Staff was always smiling and helpful.

Nice modern spacious room with comfortable king bed. Complementary water bottle provided. Breakfast was very good with a variety of fresh fruits and hot and cold items. Room wasn't made up until late in the day, after 3pm on one day. Area around the hotel was safe.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. It was the most expensive place we stayed in Chile, and it was fine but was the nicest place we stayed. I guess that is because it is in a big city. Breakfast wasn’t included for the price. It is in a safe and comfortable part of the city.

The only thing I didn't like was the pool. The water was really cold (I knew it was not a heated pool). The hotel was great, everything was clean, the staff was super-friendly and the breakfast was amazing. And located in a beautiful neighborhood.

The location is walking distance to good restaurants and has quick access to public transport or taxis. The room was clean and spacious. The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was exceptional and they replaced the bath salts and bubble bath everyday.

Rooms are clean a bit small. But good for 1 or 2 people. The gym was very small and the main workout machine was out of commission. The pool is again small and outdoors. The jacuzzi was out of commission. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Large and comfortable bed. Fresh drinking water daily. We had the roof pool and hot tub to ourselves one evening which was lovely. Varied and plentiful breakfast with the friendliest and most helpful waitresses. Reception staff sorted a late check out for us. Good location.

This hotel is near Estacion Central and close to PlazaMall shopping centre; walkable with the option of taking buses or trains to tourist spots or airport. Hotel is clean, safe & service was great.

There was no hot water at night on the shower. We had to check out for the airport verry hearly. The guy at the réception was verry nice, he gave us breakfast to go because it was 5 am. He called a taxi for 20000 pesos for the airport. Verry good steack st the restaurant.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The area where the hotel is located is one of the best in Santiago. My only gripe is that there are no walkable breakfast options, thus you are stuck with the hotel breakfast, which is not a good value.

Mathías at the front desk was wonderful, helpful and kind! The other staff were also friendly and very competent. Rooms were comfortable and clean, great value for money and very well-located!
