The location was amazing. Exceptional views of the Matterhorn. It was a short distance from the train station as well. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were and had wonderful views. The breakfast was delicious.

Hotel was beautiful inside and out - incredibly comfy bed, spacious rooms. Breakfast was brilliant and the staff were too. Tim and Ruben were so helpful - Tim even organised a great restaurant for our anniversary. The spa was also amazing - jacuzzi, multiple saunas, steam room.

The hotel location is absolutely perfect. Form there easily you can go wherever you want. I LOVED TERAS. I enjoyed my coffee on teras waiting for sunset after a beautiful hike. The room was super cosy and comfortable with perfect view. I would like to come again.

The hotel had such a relaxed atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and courteous. The hotel was spotless, breakfast was delicious, and their coffee was amazing! AlpenLodge is off the main area but easily accessible and the views are amazing.

View nice view at the balcony and relaxing. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Limited variety of breakfast but taste is very good.

The property was quiet and clean and felt very safe. Breakfast each day was wonderful. It was a little bit of a walk to get to the main parts of town but it was still very easy and safe. Our room had an incredible view and we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in a cozy corner room with a charming view of the village and a lovely terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the village center and right next to the gondola. As a vegetarian, I found the breakfast options satisfactory.

It was in the quiet part of town with great views. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were great and really helpful.

We were greeted with a glass of prosecco and a seat by a window. Free breakfast was delicious and creative. Our room was extremely comfortable with a nice view of the town. Bathrooms were kept very clean along with the rest of the facility. You can't beat a chocolate with turndown service!

Everything about the excellent is top notch. The room is spacious and comfortable, the food is excellent (with the live piano at breakfast adding a nice touch), and the staff is very professional and welcoming. The tradition of excellence in Zermatt historic hotels is alive and well.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The breakfast was very good. What I missed where some fresh vegetables. The view was nice as well, although we were accommodated on the other side of Matterhorn, the view was towards the city.

We had an amazing stay at La Ginabelle. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They upgraded our room without us asking. The location is great - just a few minutes walk to the train station and a nice quiet neighborhood. The spa facilities are amazing. Loved this hotel!!!

Resort La Ginabelle has great facilities - we loved the jacuzzi, “chill out” rooms and pool. The breakfast here is one of the best in all of Switzerland - amazing and delicious selection of food (and an omelet station!) The staff are also very friendly and attentive.

The hotel is located some way away from the slopes and you need to familiarise yourself with the shuttlebuses to know how you best get to the lifts for skiing. Otherwise nice family hotel and good buffet in the evening during these coronavirus times

The breakfast was phenomenal. The location was perfect: the end of town (away from the crowds) and right next to the river (for the best white noise in all of Switzerland). They upgraded us to a balcony room which was awesome.

Perfect location, literally ski-in/out! Great facilities: 24hr lounge bar (with free coffee/tea and cousant/biscuits, or payable wines and snacks), ski storage, spa/sauna/jaccuzi! Comfy bed. Proper breakfast.

Great location and fantastic views from the balcony. Very nice renovated rooms. I especially like nice little SPA with incredible view from jacuzzi.

The staff are very helpful and friendly.They picked us up from the parking lot with an electrical van to take all our ski equipment. Clean hotel with good views from the room. Big room. Nice breakfast.

Everything was great, the staff was super friendly, the restaurant excellent (try the noodles), the bedroom very cozy and we were pleasantly surprised as we didn’t know there was a sauna and steam room. Overall a perfect place to relax after a day of skiing ⛷️❤️

Nice cosy, comfortable room with balcony. Has elevator. Very helpful staff. Only thing missing is no hot kettle provided in the room. When the weather is cold most of the time. Staff was helpful and able to get hot water fr their restaurant dispenser.

The bed and comforter were super comfortable. The room and balcony were very spacious. It’s an older hotel but it’s cute and everything works. I didn’t get a chance to visit the sauna but it looks new and clean. Service staff were amazing. Wifi is very weak and unreliable.

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, the room was comfortable and clean (renovated bathroom and large balcony were great!), and breakfast was delicious. Excellent location, central and within walking distance to everything, but not right in the middle of the busy tourist streets.

We got an upgraded room with balcony and view to the Matterhorn. Rooms are nicely decorated, very cozy. Big bathroom with shower and bathtub. Breakfast was good. Good variety.

Hotel is well placed - a 10 minute flat walk from the station. Staff were friendly and helpful and our room had wonderful views and was large and very comfortable with a big bathroom and walk in shower. There were plenty of hot and cold choices for breakfast.

The rooms are big and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. While my room has the balcony, and I can see the Matterhorn clearly from my room, fantastic view! Very nice staff in front-desk. The breakfast is good, love to make the fresh fruit juice ourselves!

We had a great time here, super enjoyable. Phenomenal Matterhorn view right from the room. Very comfy, very cozy, very stylish. Staffs were all super friendly. Great breakfast. Just be mindful it’s a few minutes walk from the town center. Also means it’s quiet.

Excellent location. Is at a short walk from the busy center and that makes it nice and quiet. The rooms facing South offer a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. Very nice fresh breakfast is server and the bar has a nice mood to it. The SPA is nice, very clean and very tranquille.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the suite which had great views of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was fabulous and the spa was a soothing way to end the day after a strenuous hike. Well worth the money. A bit out of the main township but this was a blessing as it was very quiet.

The small boutique size and atmosphere was fabulous. The view from the room and balcony was spectacular. The breakfast was very good with great coffee and a good range of options both hot and cold. The staff were all so helpful. The pick up and drop off at the station were very good.

We loved it here. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are traditionally appointed and cozy, clean. Breakfast, bar and onsite restaurants were great too. We are already discussing our return to Zermatt and Julen!

The staff were extremely courteous and professional and helpful. They were also pleasant and charming. It really made the stay distinguished. We also had two excellent restaurants and no fun bar in the same building which was convenient and their Buffay breakfast was excellent.

Check in was very informative and helpful. Room was great and the restaurants for both the evening meal and breakfast were great. If you are offering a separate cook menu for the breakfast the standard has to be similar to the buffet breakfast

Loved it all . Attention to detail was amazing with friendly, helpful staff. The room was cosy & wonderful with fantastic bathroom & comfy bed. Could up grade the breakfast dining area just by removing the tall reeds in vases.

Amazing! Perfect ski in and ski out location with great view of the Matterhorn! Restaurants were amazing and all the staff was very kind and attentive! Truly paradise!

I first visited Zermatt 34 years ago and walked through Riffelalp before the current hotel was built. It’s just a perfect and unique location for an Alpine hotel and delivers true luxury while retaining a friendly and family like experience. I left yesterday and as usual I can’t wait to return.

Great stay with friends! Tasty breakfast, comfy rooms, friendly staff, and a relaxing outdoor jacuzzi. Perfect location near the city center.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and very comfortable beds and good quality bed linen. I never had a fridge in my room so the host kindly allowed me to change to another room with a kitchenette. The first apartment had a lovely large balcony with amazing mountain views.

Lovely hotel, really good breakfast. Great location with stunning views. Excellent sauna with endless supply of lemon water. Hot tub. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Location is excellent. They have their own car to pick you and your language up from the parking lot. Their restaurant and food is very delicious. The suite is big and wonderful and with large balcony. The staff is very nice and helpful. We appreciate the welcome drinks.

Everything. We loved how attentive everyone at The Capra was, we felt very welcomed. We really enjoyed the spa, and the gym is really complete and has amazing equipment! We loved the food, both for breakfast and dinner! We'll definitely come back to The Capra.

Very friendly staffs! So welcoming and always with a smile. Family suite room is comfortable, clean and spacious. Best location, just a short walk to train station and central with supermarket, restaurants and cafes.

Our Family Suite was perfect. Great size, great view of the Matterhorn, very clean and definitely comfortable for a family of four with dog. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful or kind. The pool + hot tub were fantastic on rainy days. And they serve a nice breakfast each morning.

This is such an amazing place and the hotel was perfect. Walk everywhere and the views are over the top. The staff at the hotel was super accommodating. The room clean, simple and very large. The patio off the room was huge so perfect for gazing at the city and having wine.

We had a great stay at this hotel. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms that we stayed in were extremely spacious and we had a great balcony. The hotel is very central also. This hotel is better than a 3 star. I would definitely recommend.

It's a great location - walking distance from the station and Matterhorn gondola. It has a great view of matterhorm from the top floors and a nice hot jacuzzi. Nice clean and spacious. Our host / support person Laura was absolutely brilliant and very very helpful.

The view was amazing and the apartment was spacious and clean. Staff was super helpful. The pool and spa area were very appreciated at the end of a long day exploring the area.

Spacious and clean rooms. The pool is heated in the garden, and it is rare to find such a luxurious accommodation where you can enjoy the view of the Matterhorn while bathing in the pool. The kids loved it.

Amazing location with an amazing view of the Matterhorn. Clean and incredibly spacious room. Decent breakfast and friendly staff

Perfect in town location, walk to all restaurants. Room was great. We had the top floor room with Matterhorn view and balcony and vaulted ceiling. Perfect! Great breakfast buffet; ski room in basement with walk-out to easy and free busses to all ski lifts.

Good location - easy to walk with luggage from train station. The room was comfortable with an amazing Matterhorn view. The staff were very very helpful and efficient. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Very good breakfast.

The Antika Hotel is centrally located to multiple restaurants, bars, and even a grocery store. The staff is very friendly and helpful and thye really make you feel at home. They also have a cozy lounge with a small bar and fireplace. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to Zermatt!

The room is clean, and the toilet is modern. The balcony has a nice view. The bed and blankets are very comfortable and cozy. I love the jacuzzi. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was recently renovated and very functional. The breakfast buffet was very good. The location of the property is tucked away in a quiet spot but extremely close to shops and restaurants.

Great hotel at a very convenient location. 3 mins walk from the train station. Receptionist was very kind, friendly and helpful. Check in and out was quick. Good breakfast. Quit and very clean rooms. Room was spacious! Will def recommend to stay here while at Zermatt!

The view from the hotel is awesome. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The facilities (swim pool and spa) are great, and the room is clean and comfortable. The only downside is the location, while great for the view, is a bit far from the train station (15 to 20min walk).

Great location and great view! Loved the place. The staff was excellent and decor was interesting. We had a view of the Matterhorn from our room - also loved the breakfast and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Matterhorn FOCUS is an amazing hotel. Beautiful rooms with stunning views, a serene and well-kept spa and pool area, attentive staff, and many local restaurant choices within walking distance. This place truly felt like a 'home away from home.' 10/10 would recommend!

The Spa room had perfect view of the Mattherhorn. The bathroom was huge and the mattress was the best! Even the sofabed mattress was extremley comfortable. Enjoyed sitting out at the deck. The staff was very friendly and definitely like to come back.

Our stay at Beausite Zermatt was amazing. we felt welcomed by the staff and everything was well-taken care of. They were helpful and paid great attention to every detail. Breakfast is quite a spread with fresh ingredients. we would def love to come back for a longer stay.

The hotel and pool are amazing. We couldn’t have been happier with the room, the view and the service. We will be back again as it was amazing. The robe for our two year old was an amazing touch.

We had a direct view of the Matterhorn and it was stunning. Probably the best in zermatt. Breakfast was included. It was excellent, with fresh foods, an omelette station and great service. Staff speaks multiple languages and is beyond helpful.

Beausite Zermatt is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is professional yet fun to speak with, the facilities are great, our room (and the view) were amazing, etc. I HIGHLY recommend the hotel.

Very nice room, comfy bed, top view of the Matterhorn. Friendly staff and everything was super clean. There was no bar unfortunately, so no cocktails available. There was a self service fridge, which was a little bit overpriced tho. Bring your own wine to have a nice drink on the balcony :)

I cannot fault this hotel. Lovely decor, friendly and welcoming staff, and a fantastically varied breakfast buffet. Great amenities (ski room, honesty bar, sauna) and we opted for a Matterhorn view room which was sublime.

Hotel Silvana is perfect - the owners and staff are wonderful, helpful and caring. The hotel is clean, modern and surprisingly full of amenities. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and in a perfect setting.

The location was beautiful and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The set menu for 40cfr each night was amazing. The rooms were clean and stunning, and the spa was the icing on the cake.

The location was perfect. There are great views from the balconies. The unit was clean and everything worked. Peter was helpful and very informative. We have stayed at rental units all over the world and this was one of the nicest. Everything about the unit was perfect!

Perfect location, near to the train station and to the cable car stations. The apartment has a beautiful view to the Matterhorn. It was clean and very well equipped. The welcome and goodbye gifts were nice surprises and Mr Perren 's helpfulness made the stay very comfortable.

We had a room with a view on Matterhorn. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and spa, and a garden where you can relax. You can enjoy your privacy in the room and on the balcony. It is close to the main street with all shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and professional.

We loved our stay at Le Mirabeau! We had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn that took our breath away. We loved the breakfast buffet every morning. It was a very easy walk to take the tram to ski. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall it was a great hotel, with a good / central location, clean rooms and friendly staff but we found the diner menu a bit limited and expensive for very good but small portions. I would recommend the hotel and breakfast, but eat dinner elsewhere.

The hotel is very complete in its facilities, very warm and elegant in design, and at the perfect spot in town to view the mountain. All of the staff are very friendly and are most helpful. We had a delightful time in our normal room; a great bed and beautiful bathroom.

We actually stayed at "Le Petit Cervin", which is a chalet hotel connected to Mont Cervin Palace. We had a beautiful little suite with a balcony and a view of the Matterhorn. The room was immaculate and really cozy. We only stayed 1 night, but it was a really memorable one!

A small, quiet, idyllic family-hotel. Very friendly staff and owners, The view is fantastic - direct view to the matterhorn. We loved the romatic candelight-dinner with fondue in the small guarden. We will defenetely book this hotel on our next trip to Zermatt.

Breakfast was amazing. They brought it to our room. The view of the Matterhorn was exceptional. It’s hard to imagine there being a better view in the whole village.

This was a great place to stay in Zermatt. The staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. The spa overlooks the Matterhorn and provides a relaxing place to enjoy Zermatt. They provided transportation from the train station, and the breakfast each morning was outstanding.

We love our room! You can see Matterhorn when you are in the bed ,and the balcony is perfect . The view is really amazing !

Bed was amazing, so comfortable. I never sleep well when I’m away but this bed was so great I slept very well. Hotel room was nice, spacious with a great view of the mountains. Staff nice and friendly.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Zermatt, Switzerland. Everything was perfect, especially the service at reception. The rooms cozy and stylish, and the view of the Matterhorn was breathtaking. Highly recommended! I hope to see you again!

We absolutely loved this stay, from the dining area to the bar and outdoor terrace it had a lovely cosy feeling and then to our room we chose one of the suites, lovely room cosy with what must have been one of the best views of the Matterhorn, would definitely come back.

We loved this cosy little hotel! The room was warm and welcoming with a sitting area and balcony with a great view of the Matterhorn. The staff was very friendly and the pools and steam rooms were an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We love the balcony view and I take an amazing video of Matterhorn in the early morning standing in our balcony. The moment I saw the sunrise gradually on the Matterhorn, I thought the trip couldn't be worth more. Breakfast was also very good and the view from the window was amazing!

A very comfortable hotel with great service and an excellent breakfast buffet. Lovely view of the Matterhorn from our window in the mornings! The hotel is just steps away from a good ski rental shop (20% discount for hotel guests) and the Sunegga funicular.

Great location, cozy place, lovely and helpful staff, great spa and perfect breakfast each morning. Would certainly stay there again.

Basically, it's everything you'd expect from a four-star hotel, in perfect order. But what really makes it stand out is the staff. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.
