Modern und stilvoll eingerichtete Apartments, in der Küche alles was man braucht. Sehr freundliche Menschen am Empfang, im Restaurant. Toll ist Tiefgarage, Aufzug bis zum Zimmer. Die Nähe zur Promenade, zur Seebrücke und zum Strand lädt u.a. zu traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen ein.

Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub. Zimmer waren super für unsere Familie mit 2 Kindern. Frühstück war in Ordnung und ausreichend. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das dazugehörige Restaurant verspricht mehr auf der Online-Karte als in Wirklichkeit angeboten. Essen war OK und nicht ganz so toll wie abgebildet.

Sehr gut gelegen. 200 m von Seebrücke. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Schöne Größe der Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen.

Great location to stay in with kids and family holidays. Short walk to the beach, huge playground, kids activities, great indoor area. Also nice Spa and really good breakfast. The apartment was cosy and well equipped. Very nice staff. Also the accompanying Hotel app is very useful.

Very family friendly place! Weather wasn't the greatest for our short stay, so we didn't enjoy the beach to the fullest, but it had plenty to do otherwise and all staff were kind and acommodating.

Excellent location and clean rooms close to the promenade and beach. The following day, we went on a cruise, and friendly staff arranged the taxi. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel is on a perfect location. Just in front to the beach, nearby to the Leuchtturm, near by to a bus stop, many restaurants and like 10 mins walking away from the center train station. The hotel has a nice breakfast with a lot of options. The pool, the terrace, the saunas were simply perfect. They also were kind and awesome with all my family. Incredible nice experience, definitely I will go back to it

Wellness Area in the 4. floor with view over the Baltic sea. short distances to center , beach , and shopping area.. I was given a room at the back of the building, at the end of the hallway, where there were Wi-Fi problems. They were able to help me with the Wi-Fi issue. No water dispenser in the wellness area.

Mooi hotel, schitterende ligging direct aan de boulevard. Vriendelijke en professionele medewerkers aan receptie en bij ontbijt. Restaurant (voor diner) kunnen wij niet aanraden. Ongezellige entourage (kantine idee), heel beperkte keuze, echt te hoge prijzen, en wij hadden de pech dat we een humeurige, ongeduldige, sarcastische en bijna onbeschofte kelner troffen. Hoewel we niets vervelends hebben gezegd, gaven we hem wel ietsje minder fooi dan gebruikelijk en wilden vriendelijk afscheid nemen. Of hij dat wel goed las, die fooi, wilde hij echter weten. Wij: ja, hoezo? Hij (sarcastisch): Nee is goed zo, u bepaalt hoeveel fooi u geeft. Bij zo'n man komen wij natuurlijk niet terug. Al het overige personeel was prima, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Parkeergarage was zoals vroeger te klein, maar gelukkig heeft Hubner een tweede veel ruimere parkeergarage geopend.

Luxurious hotel with great sea- and river-views from the rooms. The spa complex with saunas was fantastic. Breakfasts were lavish.

Loved the location, the spa was awesome, loved the fresh flowers everywhere (at the reception, in the room, on the tables), live music in the evening. Great restaurant selection.

The reception staff was very friendly and supportive! The kids club was amazing, and they took so good care of our daughter and all the other kids. Also the short notice “nanny” service was highly appreciated and our daughter had a lot of fun. Food in Brasserie was excellent and the pool/ spa is exceptionally!!! Kids club and spa is probably the best we have ever experienced in many countries! When we are in Rostock we always have a getaway to YHD!

Located at “the end of the road” this sprawling complex was far too big for this working traveller to take in over a one-night stay. I was given a lavish two bedroom flat by chance which was spotless, spacious and well equipped. I unfortunately did not have the time to enjoy the restaurant or the beer garden.

Nice small hotel close to bicycle roads and the sea. Parking was available in the garden of the hotel. Breakfast was good, did not try dinner as it was late but peeking to the restaurant likelyí should have been OK also. Unfortunately did not try cycling but surely it would have been nice (you can get bicycle from the hotel), we were walking on the bicycle roads at the seashore and lots of people were cycling there in the forest for fun, must have been nice. Not that night, but on the way back we dropped to the Warnemuende beach and that was nice - just parking place is difficult to find close to the beach, but that is expected. The beach was OK, although lots of seaweed, maybe depends on the season (June).

Hallo, sehr gut gelegenes und tolles Hotel . Personal top , Sauberkeit top und das Frühstück bietet Alles an. Die Bars z. B. Lobby mit Klavier, 17. Etage eher gediegen 😉 und im Keller gibt es die Party Szene. Die Parkplatzsituation könnte man verbessern. Herzlichen Dank ich komme wieder.

Zu teure Parkgebühren. Einrichtung veraltet. Zu hohe Aufschläge für Kundenwünsche. Personal sehr freundlich. Service beim Frühstück und im Allgemeinen sehr gut. Schöne Bar, super Panorama-Blick in der 19. Etage.

Ich war jetzt schon öfter im Hotel Neptun und es ist immer wieder eine Freude dort anzukommen. Willkommen zu Hause.

Auch und gerade im Winter war vom Hotel ausgehend die Erkundung der Umgebung mit Spaziergängen am Strand und in den Wäldern ein Erlebnis. Restaurant und Bar des Hotels ansprechend, die Qualität der Betten verbesserungswürdig.

Gute Küche. Freundliches , aufmerksames Personal. Parkplatz ohne Gebühr. Zimmer funktional modern gestaltet. Raum/Badgrösse kein Raum Wunder ,aber ausreichend. Schwimmbad angenehm.

Das Hotel ist gemütlich eingerichtet, in der Lobby befindet sich eine abgetrennte Leseecke. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet und sauber. Die Matratzen waren hervorragend. Auch das Restaurant kann man empfehlen.

We enjoyed the fantastic indoor pool and walk around the Hotel gardens. Quite, clean and very friendly service made this a relaxing stay. The restaurant offers very good food and diner was just perfect. Don't forget to book for diner as it was always fully booked.

It was really convenient the location for us after crossing the ferry from Denmark. The hotel is nice, the stuff was not very chatty, but helpful. The breakfast is nice and for a good night sleep on a long travel it is ideal.

Very sweet and calm hotel with very fine spa facilities. Would love to go again and really enjoy the facilities for a full day as it seemed very good and calm. Nice, cozy room and good sized bathroom. Fine breakfast.

Perfect small hotel outside Rostock. It is in the countryside but there is a very good restaurant attached so no need to go in search of a meal. Good little exercise pool kind of made my day as I needed a workout after a day on the road.

Nice updated rooms, excellent shower and screens on the window. Excellent breakfast included. We had dinner at their sister hotel, Godewind, nice meal and excellent presentation.

Location is really nice, the beach is within minutes on foot. The staff is really friendly and they offer a good breakfast. Based on experience(also the negatives) , I might come back, but for a lower price.

Comfortable hotel, very clean with good beds and showers. Sauna was nice, when it was turned on. Staff were very polite and helpful.

The room was spacious and the shower was superb. The food in the restaurant was very nice as was breakfast. Ample parking around the back with a door to access it for ease of unpacking and repacking. Even had a colourful toilet seat 😉 Certainly recommend the hotel.

Sehr schönes Familiengeführtes Hotel. Nettes Personal und eine spitzen Küche. Das Frühstück ist ausgewogen und reichhaltig. Wir hatten von allem was dabei was man so morgens braucht. Das Restaurant bietet große Portionen zu top Preisen in einer spitzen Qualität an. Das einzigste was uns gestört hat war das die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage haben. Bei Temperaturen über dreisig Grad wird das Zimmer somit schnell zur Sauna. Und ein weitere Punkt ist der relativ hohe Preis für Hunde. Alles in allem top Hotel wo wir gern wieder einkehren werden wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Enjoyed both the dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast. Nienhagen beach and a nice seaside hiking trail through a magical Gespensterwald forest were a 15 min away by car.
