The room was big and super clean, the furniture is new and very comfortable. The view was amazing and the location is great. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The staff were very nice and welcoming! & they gave us a jar of honey when we checked out. 100% will come back in the future.

The hotel is incredibly comfortable and luxurious, with an elegant atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to assist. The location is perfect, and the spacious rooms make you feel right at home.

We were given an upgrade and the room was perfect. The whole house has so much atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and the waitress extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay there again and recommend to others.

Our room at Hotel Greif was very spacious and beautiful. The location was perfect in the heart of the old city, yet convenient to the train and bus stations. The rooftop breakfast room was bright and lovely in the morning. The buffet was exceptional!

This hotel has a great location, with friendly and helpful staff and an amazing breakfast. A special thank you to Ana, who served breakfast with a smile and patient help no matter the request. She was great! The location on Piazza Walther made it easy to get around town on foot.

Superb staff - very friendly and helpful about the local area. We stayed half board and the food was exceptional, both breakfast and dinner. The facilities are excellent. A swim and/or sauna before dinner was a great end to the day.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, staff were welcoming, hotel setting was beautiful. Heated swimming pool with stunning views. Breakfast was excellent, good choice, you can even squeeze your own fresh juice. Complimentary cake and tea at 4pm was a nice touch

The staff was very attentive. The facilities were coz and comfortable with different areas to enjoy. The outdoor garden area is lovely, and the indoor pool very fun. The breakfast buffet is superb, and the dinner was very good as well. We had a wonderful stay!

The location was just a short walk to the lift for Seceda, the room was so comfortable, the bath was large enough for a tall adult to relax in, the grounds were so fun for our child, and the pools and saunas were such an added bonus. The restaurant was also full of fresh, delicious, local foods.

The place has an amazing view of the village and a very friendly and helpful staff. The room was cozy and the balcony was a perfect addition. Breakfast has the greatest variety I've seen in B&Bs and it was delicious.

Room was perfect for a family of 5 people, view is amazing. Breakfast is complete with fresh products in a very calm environment. Dinner is available on request and it is very good, considering also the complete and fresh buffet available.

The room had a very nice view on the mountains. You had a decent size balcony so that you could enjoy the views. We enjoyed the five course diner (very diverse in choice) and the afternoon 'snacks'. Nice walking routes (higher mountain trails) accesible by carride.

We got a room upgrade and was surprised by the spacious room and wonderful view of the town through our windows. The room and bathroom were really clean. Breakfast and dinner were really delicious. We highly recommend traveller to opt in for the dinner option.

The location was terrific. The rooms, restaurant and facilities were all exceptional. But what really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone from the wait staff to cleaning staff, bar staff and reception were so happy, friendly and helpful. We felt we were in the happiest place on earth.

The hotel was the nicest hotel we stayed in on our 2 week tour of the Dolomites. It is fresh, modern, comfortable and practical. The rooms, views and facilities are excellent. But the food is superb especially the dinner offering with a new menu every night.

Excellent breakfast! Great variety of bread, cold meets, cheese, cereals, juices, different sorts of milk, bubbly.... Also warm breakfast available. The roof terrace facilities are fab! 2 whirlpools and lots of sun chairs. Small but nice pool in the garden. The hotel is very clean!

The hotel has a great pool and garden an excellent half board restaurant and friendly staff. The rooms are modern, alpine style with lots of space. Situated just outside Ortisei its a 15 minute walk into town or 5 minutes by bike. Very friendly and fun, for families and friends.

I can’t wait to return here! It is such a relaxing, tranquil property with scenic views of the Dolomites. The owner and staff are top notch. They are available for any questions, assistance you may need. The food and drink was incredible!

We had an incredible stay at the Hotel Waldrast. The room had an amazing view, the location is right next to a cable car and the staff was very helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve ever had and the use of the spa and pools were luxurious

The dinners at the restaurant were outstanding. No need to go elsewhere. The location was very good, a few minutes walk to a cable car to take you to the plateau. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. The pool was clean and well maintained, with a beautiful view.

Absolutely amazing hotel, feels like 6 stars, not 4. Spacious rooms, delicious food, awesome spa zone! And big thanks to all people who work here and make our experience perfect. Can't wait to come back!!

Hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was exquisite - really caring, without seeming fake. The vibe of the hotel is extraordinary. Spacious, clean, nice. The restaurants were very tasty. Location is unbeatable. We absolutely loved this hotel.

It was so clean and the design so cozy that it felt okay not to go out and explore the dolomiti. From the balcony it already has the best view.

Gorgeous breakfast, two restaurant at the site catering to a more relaxed and a more high end atmosphere. Amazing architecture and garden, amazing pool.

Amazing views, immense comforts, extreme friendly and pleasant staff, bending over backwards to make guests feel special.

I was upgraded to a better room at no additional cost. I had a lovely view of the lake and the mountains. The wellness center had an indoor swimming pool and saunas. The hotel supplied a bathrobe and towels. The parking was sufficient. I was on half pension and enjoyed all the meals.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location. The room was perfectly clean just like the other facilities inside. Meals for breakfast and dinner were abundant and delicious. I was given a Süd Tirol guest card which provided free access to the local public transport (including cableway) and one of the museums in the area. I also enjoyed the sauna area. Parking space was available in front of and behind the hotel too.
