Everything was amazing! Great location with stunning views of the woods, super clean and nicely decorated. Staff were so helpful , welcoming and very knowledgeable. We had an unforgettable experience and we look forward to come back soon. Breakfast was exceptional too with a lot of options.

Our suite was on top floor - really modern and spacious. Fantastic views and location brilliant for a peaceful break - staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast very good - lots of variety. Dinner was excellent quality.

Location is isolated but yet it worth to reach the hotel and to spend some time there. The rooms are very cozy, modern and spotless clean. Bed is comfy. Staff is very friendly and polite. SPA is small but very clean as well.

this time it rained the whole time, still we managed to keep ourselves as well as the kid busy without feeling we missed anything, good food at the restaurant, the breakfast was amazing as always, nice indoor playground for the kids as well as good cocktails at the bar.

We booked this hotel due to Nepali chef, the breakfast was amazing as the Nepali cook serve you fresh omelette/pancake. Also there are plenty of options and everything is freshly cooked. Even the lunch and dinner was very delicious. Restaurant is bit busy but its due to the superb food/service.

The place is great, nice personal, very clean and nice view. The food from the restaurant is also good. We had the breakfast included and was good, a lot of options.

Really good value for money. Rooms nicer than the pictures and very clean and comfortable. Staff were really helpful and friendly. No hassle at all for helping with with showing us to the parking area. Felt safe and well maintained.

We liked everything - we had room in the attic of an old building, really cozy (but not small) with great view. Really helpful staff and tasty breakfast. Short walk for Old Town Sqare. This hotel has locked garage, but be sure to book a spot when booking a room.

The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds and AC. Great friendly staff and breakfast.

Hotel looks better than the pictures on booking.com. Very clean, super comfy beds, decent breakfast, vallet parking, fantastic view on the mountains - they have all you need for a perfect weekend in the mountains.

The location is excellent, the design and interior arrangements and lightning was hi class, cozy room and bath with shower and tub, the breakfast is diverse and rich, the sofa bed was acceptable, the balcony had an excellent view to the trees, the jacuzzi was relaxing and the massage quite good!

Great with kids - spacious rooms and super professional staff. Very close to ski school. They even have a separate play room. The bar coffee was top notch, great restaurant and wine choices. Definitely the best option in the resort.

Amazing, the staff was top notch and very helpful. The double room is big and has an excellent view over Sinaia. I can't recommend the pools enough, they are huge, clean and well maintained, you can spend a whole day just swimming.

Excellent spa and swimming pool, amazing views to the mountains and forests. Very comfortable beds and mattresses, quiet area, excellent quality sleep, comfortable bathrobes, slippers and every little hygiene/vanity detail you could want or need.

Incredible style within the spacious comfortable room which had a spa shower, and cozy balcony with fantastic views of the second highest peak of Romania. Was able to disconnect and enjoy the birds singing.

It's a nice hotel, clean and well maintained, in a lovely area for people looking for something remote, with fresh air and a nice view, but some things are not up to par with the 4 star rating. The breakfast was good, but lacked diversity, could also use some better coffee.

The yard is large and appropriate for kids play. Very nice for families with children as ourselves. Our kid had a lovely time.

Very nice place for families, lot of things to do for kids (under 10 I’d say), peaceful and quiet. They also had bicycles one could borrow with carriages for smaller children. Tasty and large breakfast. Would be happy to come back some day.

Location is walking distance to restaurants and other activities. It is a bit off from the main road and such was really quiet and nice. The buffet breakfast was quit diverse considering the accommodation is not that large. Amenities in the room was good, small fridge, heating and comfortable bed.

This is a great place to stop for a meal! The service is impeccable, it has excellent views of the mountain and the terrace is spacious. It is never crowded, which is perfevt if you are in a hurry. The food was amazing and the waiters let us know in advance which meals took longer to prepare.

The food at the hotel was amazing. Staff was friendly and even gave us recommendations on what to see and do. Our room was very clean and the view was gorgeous. This would definitely be a hotel I’d love to stay at in the winter for skiing.

Not far away from Predeal,the location is in a middlenof the forrest. The room are.very big with big balcony. The pool is with warm water, not very deep and clean. The food was perfect, very good cofee. It was a perfect vacation for my family.

I like this hotel. I stayed with a group there for 3 nights and liked the friendly warm staff, the nice pool and my room was large and comfortable. I also liked the food at the breakfast and at dinner snd the nice location inside the forrest.

Once again I booked the room at the Hart Hotel, where I found the same family atmosphere, the room was in the new location where we also benefited of SPA. The bar and the restaurant offer good products. I will return to this hotel

IT is a good hotel, with accesible prices, a great pool, sauna,gym and a really nice location(in the forest,not in the main road). I recomand it for family time, also ok for teambuildings (it also has conference room and a restaurant big enought )

Our stay in the Belvedere was really nice. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was huge, and the restaurant served a good breakfast and provided great room service meals. Parking was convenient. The staff are quite friendly and willing to give directions or recommendations.

Everything was great, from the service to the comfortable rooms and the lovely mountain view. We have enjoyed the pool and the sauna, prior reservation is needed but you get the space for yourself. Very welcoming staff and spacious rooms.

Beautiful and clean rooms. Not to mention huge rooms. Nice views of the trees. We had an amazing time here especially because it snowed the whole time we were there. Breakfast starts at 8:30 and is a la carte and was delicious. Just a quick mention- don’t order too much as the portions are huge!!!!

The room was amazing, but the hotel was a bit run down and staff not really friendly

Location was great, travelled with my 10yo daughter and she was absolutely delighted about the room and the cherry on top were the friendly dogs the hotel has. On a serious note, room was clean, loved the design, bathroom was big enough, a balcony with superb view, pool was clean and well maintained, food at restaurant was tasty. What mattered for me the most was the attitude of the staff, very friendly and flexible.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent at a reasonable price, better than in the other restaurants. The atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful and we loved the spa. We loved the healthy, clean and friendly dogs and cats on the property. The overall experience exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast was not sophisticated but it was plentiful and included freash eggs, fruit, and pretty good coffee. Staff were very kind. Super large apartment, very warm and clean. Perfect for post-ski relaxing and freshening up.

We had a lovely stay, very friendly staff, room was clean and cozy. We could leave our car on the lot. We felt very welcome and enjoyed staying here. We would definitly come back and we can recommend it!

Our group of 5 spent only 1 night in there and enjoyed our time. Clean and spacious rooms. It was a bit noisy probably because of the restaurant in the interior courtyard, but they stopped at around 11pm. Food is also very good.

Large and clean room with private bathroom, free parkings (one in the yard and one outside the building), free wifi, pet friendly. Kind staff. Good restaurant open from morning to midnight. The building has the form of "U" with 32 rooms, most of them with a view to the interior yard where there is a small parking and the terrace of the restaurant.

I liked the location, the fact that they have multiple parking spots, we never had problems with parking. They have this inner courtyard that is very nice and you can sit outside in a small bar area. The personnel was very friendly and forthcoming. I didn't have high expectations because of the reviews I read, but it was quite a nice and comfortable room with a little balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable. They have 24hr reception area. You have to ask for the TV remote if it's not in the room and also if you want the room cleaned you have to ask for it specifically. The hotel is close to one of the main roads in Rasnov and there is a supermarket and bakery nearby. There is also a bus stop pretty close to the hotel. The citadel is about 35mins walking distance.

First of all a huge thanks. The staff it was amazing and friendly a huge benefit for this place. After I pass the hour for checking they give me a call if everything is ok and ask me if I want to order something from restaurant just in case I will be late. Parking, good food, information 👌.

The swimming pool was great, with separate areas for adults and kids. Although the playground for children was small, it was still interesting for them. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good as well. I definitely recommend this property.

Breakfast seemed varied but eggs were cold, veggies didn't look fresh, the pastries dry. I wouldn't say it stands up to a 4 starts hotel standard for breakfast. Location however is amazing, right in the middle of the park, we had great view from our window. Very comfortable bed.

I loved staying at Hotel Palace. The hotel is gorgeous, newly renovated with a very classy vibe. It was clean and very warm considering the low temperatures outside. I really recommend if you want to have a relaxing holiday in beautiful Sinaia!

Breakfast was very rich in options Bedroom was new, comfy bed , nice view to the park, big tv on the wall,nice wallpaper. Festival was very nice. The best 4 star hotel in Sinaia!

The building and its history is drop dead gorgeous. The location couldn't be better. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We were graciously given a bag breakfast so we could catch our train before breakfast officially started.

This is a well located hotel. It's comfortable but might need some renovation. The hotel was fully booked and we got the last available room which was + - OK. The Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was very nice with a wide variety and good service.

We were based 5 nights at Ruia on Poiana doing "star" travels and enjoyed alot stayn at Ruia which have extended rooms, very clean, corteous attention and generous breakfasts, the staff gave pesonal approach.

The room was very clean, the room service excelent. The restaurant and bar just great. A quiet atmosphere in the middle of the nature. The personnel very professional and friendly. Outside they have a nice place to organise a barbeque with some 10 tables, on the terrace you can invite friends and business colleagues in order to dine. Very good food and wine at low prices.

Stayed couple of days for family winter vacation. Hotel is clean, rooms are warm and spacious, free wifi, personnel is kind, breakfast is good, restaurant unexpensive. Nice, wide view (upper floor better). Tradițional, a bit oudated interior decoration. Close to bus station, parking available, ski slopes not far. Taxi drivers frequently ask for extra charge for driving from or to Brasov, but even so, the transport fee doesn't exceed about 20 E. Overall a good impression, fair services for the money.
