The hotel is comfortable and clean. Rooms are up to date. Away far enough from Beach Road to be quiet, but nightlife within walking distance. Pai in the restaurant is always wearing a smile whenever I come eat. Great location for a great price.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Than. He was very polite, professional, and helpful throughout the ride. The car was clean and comfortable, and he made me feel very safe and welcome. Thank you for the excellent service! I highly recommend him.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful - Nam and Earn at the front desk and Peter at the restaurant. The view is fantastic - sea and beach views. Location is very convenient. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Can’t ask for more.

We had a beautiful view of the sea and Pattaya beach road. The staff was polite and helpful. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean and very comfortable. On the whole our stay was wonderful.

Great view from the room and the restaurant/ breakfast area. Good food selection for breakfast. Recommend the Thai food section. Car park available, including valet parking. Beach access, although the beach is rocky. Service was good, but a little 'impersonal'.

It was great place. I would say quite clean, bed was comfortable. I liked the location, it was pretty close to beach. I haven't used the pool but it looked clean and it wasn't crowded, I just prefer beach. Had quite a comfortable stay.

Clean, modern, well-designed hotel with beautiful views from our ocean facing rooms. The pool area includes an infinity pool, part of which is clear, that overlooks the sea. The staff were friendly and efficient. Parking was ample and convenient. The restaurant and bar were also good.

The view is amazing on the beach, surroundings and gulf of Pattaya. Room was very clean, spacious, bright thanks to nice bay window. We received daily fruit platter which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast had great diversified selection on the buffet (kids loved the pancake machine).

Room was spacious , spotlessly clean .Dining areas and pools exceptional with the staff very attentive friendly and very helpful.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed in, I stayed for new years and they even had their own fireworks show, the rooms are amazing with shower and bath, we was on the 8th floor with amazing sea view. I will be back again soon, 10/ 10 and the staff are super helpful

The hotel is very well situated bang on the beach, breakfast buffet is good, the rooms are spacious, but the property is quiet old & the air conditioner outdoor is placed in the balcony making is really hot.

The location was great, right on the beach and close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. The buffet breakfast in the morning was superb - not used to that much delicious food! The staff were helpful as well with organising taxis when we needed.

This is a very nice hotel. It is located in a great area, close to the beach and all of the Soi's. The Hotel breakfast is amazing. The rooms are very spacious.I slept like a baby every night, the hotel is quiet and not in a noisy area. I will be staying here next time I am in Pattaya.

This hotel is super modern and nice. We enjoyed everything here. We stayed in a junior suite and wow we got some real value for our money! It was an amazing experience. The restaurant was also super cool and the staff was super friendly. This hotel also allows guests.

I had a good stay, was there 28 nights. For the most part the hotel is quiet, the room was clean, good A/C, pretty good breakfast and the bed was comfortable. During the water festival the area was loud and busy. I would definitely stay at Black Woods hotel again.

Overall satisfied with the hotel, gym could use an update. Both pools was well maintained and clean, facilities are adequate. Buffet breakfast is pretty much the same thing everyday but they make eggs anyway you like so that makes up for it. They restock water but there is no minibar.

We absolutely loved this property and would recommend people to choose to stay here. The surrounding area is dirty and old, but that is not the fault of the property. Conveniently located near two 7-11's and andother small Convenient Store. Breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly.

Very spacious, good value, great location, and tasty breakfast. Wifi was sometimes spotty and some of the decor not to our taste but definitely recommended.

The hotel was good but the staff were not so friendly. There was a bad smell sometimes. Nontheless I liked my stay. It is quiet and very clean. The view if our or room was good. I also enjoyed the breakfast.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. We had views of the ocean from our room and balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable.

A really good value and fantastic room. I stayed in a one bedroom. Front desk friendly, great service, including the maid and other staff. Breakfast buffet decent and eggs cooked to order

The hotel has aged, and physically, could probably do with a bit of updating. Having said that, it is still very comfortable and clean, and in a perfect location. Most importantly, the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff is always excellent. Stayed several times and will stay again.

A nice convenient hotel that is close to the nightlife and just a stones throw from Pattaya or Jontiem beach. Several good restaurants nearby too.

The hotel is in a good location, wifi works better rhan most pattaya hotels, clean, nice room at a fair price. Breakfast is just OK

The hotel was fine. Pool area with swim up bar big enough to swim laps for exercise. Room was clean comfortable and well appointed. The hotel is also very well located close to beach Rd and soi six for restaurants and nightlife as well as the beach.

The restaurant has excellent tasting food for a low price. The Breakfast specials (after buffet ends at 10:30) has unique items that taste delicious. We skipped buffet and had the unique specials every morning. Entire hotel is very clean.

Nice stay, nice breakfast and good location. Overall enjoyed it. nearby good place to spent your time like market, Alcazar show, nice restaurants etc.,. Rooms are good and clean. Quite a memorable stay with nice buffet breakfast with good options.

Great location and rooms seem to have been upgraded and even better. Giant comfortable bed was like a Premier Inn one and luxurious. Lighting and corner room perfect. Must mention the front desk staff always remembered me and were so helpful.

The hotel is located in a very nice spot - just near the beach and the famous Soi 6. The rooms were good enough for the price - clean, and spacious, but the beds were quite hard. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. If I had to go back to Pattaya I'd choose this hotel again

The room had an excellent balcony facing the ocean. I was clean and quite large with a bar refrigerator and a tug and shower. The staff were very attentive and the walk to the beach took less than a minute.

Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable! Everything about the property was nice and convenient. The front desk and service staff were extremely polite and very nice! The only downside was that there was no closet in bedroom to hang clothing. We stayed for 14 days.

The Staff at Grass Services Suite was very helpful and very pleasant whenever I needed anything or questions about things not directly associated with the hotel. I would like to give a special thanks to a staffer I only know as "Pop". She was very professional in her duties and knowledgeable.

I like the breakfast as it has a wide variety. Especially the waiter, he will greet , open and close door for you. He is polite and collect dishes on your table shortly. He care about us while we are eating. We enjoy to have breakfast there.

very positive surprise! the pictures looked good, but live the hotel was even better. Big, clean, comfortable rooms, very helpful staff and inner courtyard with pool. Great breakfast. to the beach you have to walk down on a "girl" street, if you are not interested, find another route.

The room was big with 1 kingsize and 1 normal bet and a nice balcony, the pools were also really nice/big to play and swim in. The location was perfect, 5 min walk to the big Central mall, close to the beach and 7/11s really close and night markets with good food and shopping!

Hotel is around 15 mins walk from beach road. Area around the hotel is not very active. Rooms are very clean, big and beautiful and so is the hotel itself. Staff is nice. But breakfast was usually just warm or cold and some rooms had no hot water.

The hotel is nice but older, and the breakfast isnt anything good, but its peaceful except for the occasional other guests. and it has a massage spa in the hotel which is nice.
