Excellent hotel with clean spacious rooms . Staff extremely helpful and courteous . When we arrived girl friend wasn’t feeling well and hotel staff jumped to make her as comfortable as possible . Breakfast is very good and views from restaurant and rooftop bar are breathtaking.

The last time i stayed at this venue was just before its purchase by another owner. It keeps the same luxury and courteous service as before. Spacious premises, excellent restaurant and bars. Comfortable rooms, silent environment. All renovated to kkep the same excellent service. Worth the detour.

A pleasant, comfortable stay and the staff on reception and restaurant were very helpful and welcoming. Nice touch with a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and sweets at reception. Nice little jacuzzi, spa and sauna area and all in all, the hotel was of a good standard and very clean and tidy.

It is a very nice boutique hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent . I ate a dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious .

Beautiful property with an historical background mixing with ancient architecture with modern decoration. Awesome staff who is very welcoming. The breakfast is delicious. We loved the tea testing every afternoon. Location on top of that is amazing. A true gem.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was great and the hotel very classy. The bed was very comfortable after a long day walking Lisbons hills. All the staff we met were friendly and efficient. The cocktails in the bar are a great way to start an evening on the town.

Like an oasis in the middle of the center of Lisbon! Super quiet, modern, clean with really helpful staff. The breakfast was 5 Star quality, their helpful recommendations of tours and restaurants were superb. We really loved staying our 4 night here and highly, highly recommended it!

This is a first rate hotel in a beautiful part of Lisbon. Luxury linens, a comfortable bed and a magnificent view of the river made our short stay a special memory. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast onsite. Reception and dining service was exceptional.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this hotel. The best part was the staff who were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the patio and outstanding cocktails at the bar with very fun and stylish waitstaff!

All meals - lunch dinner and breakfast were delicious. The staff were extremely professional and pleasant and helpful. We loved the view from our room. The location was perfect . Thank you. Will certainly recommend to family and friends.

Very nice and clean room with good design we really liked. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, We also tried their restaurant we were satisfied with as well. Location is superb in the heart of the city surrounded by many good restaurant and bar opportunities.

Stunning location on a grand boulevard with luxury shops and a metro stop nearby, but also very quiet and safe. Highly recommend getting a room with a view over the Avenida! The breakfast buffet is lavish and open for 5 hours, and the staff are very responsive and customer-focused.

Stayed there as part of a tour group. This hotel is excellent well run clean and friendly. We felt that they wanted us to be there. The breakfast is amazing and the rooftop bar a great place to chill out and view the city. Location is great. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated. It felt like a haven of calm with the busy barrio alto area of the city with so many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful and the 2 sommeliers were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms were very clean and quiet. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast buffet was delicious. All the staff were incredible! A special thanks to Daniel the bartender and Rachel and Ricardo at the front desk. We will be back❤️

Hotel is in the middle of Lisbon, busy and safe area and the windows are great at keeping out the noise. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean room, felt safe, beautiful accents. Many room amenities, had great views. Had a great stay and would stay here again.

A complete gem of a boutique hotel in a very central location. The rooms are very well appointed, comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff. The rooftop pool is small but a perfect area to relax after working up a sweat exploring the beautiful city. Love the honesty bar up there too.

Location was fantastic, rooms we had (401 & 403) were quiet in spite of being in the middle of a busy area, as long as balcony door was kept closed. Had a great night sleep. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was nice, not mind blowing, but as expected. Staff at the restaurant was friendly.

The Altis Grand is centrally located just off Lisbon's iconic Avenida Liberdade, with many attractions and restaurants close by. It is an older hotel but very well maintained and renovated. Service is exceptional here, with very attentive and friendly staff.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Very good gym. Excellent breakfast with all kinds of fresh, healthy and appealing options. Quiet spacious rooms looking out into the trees.

Miguel made our evening! Found the S Jorge Bar by chance and only intended to stop for a drink and enjoy the view. Decided to order a snack (Club Sandwich - delicious) on Miguel’s recommendation and his friendly chat about our choice of wine was the perfect accompaniment. We’ll be back!

Quiet location, near Martim Moniz metro station. It has a proper reception with friendly/helpful staff. The rooms are smaller than some but they are modern, clean with good AC. Good breakfast selection.

Location at city center, but very silent at the night, you can walk to everywhere from the hotel, metro was close to the hotel. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Our room was very big and clean, very comfortable with our child :-) I advise to everybody :-)

The hotel is in a great location central for everything. Very nice room with a great bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast was great with a good selection and in a nice restaurant with attentive staff. Would recommend.

The view of the city from the kitchen on the 5th floor was incredible. Everything was clean and well kept, the streets felt safe, even at night as a solo female traveler. There’s a lot of options for food nearby, and the kitchen was well-equipped and spacious to prepare your own meals also.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can simply walk or take the metro. Staff was very friendly, they let us leave our backpacks in the hotel without any extra fees. The room itself was extremely clean and comfy.

The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. The position was amazing for the metro station. Toilets always clean and refilled. I forgot my watch and they were fast to spot it and send it back. Top in Lisbon!

A great place to stay, very clean, well organized, great central location on a quiet street. Special shout out to Andreia who was especially helpful and accommodating. Will stay there again next time I'm in Lisbon.
