What a splendid hotel. Impeccable service from charming attentive staff. Memorable meals in the restaurants. A truly enjoyable stay.

We were visiting friends in Hamburg, so only used this hotel for somewhere to sleep. The room was comfortable, but a bit old fashioned. The bathroom was quite large, and well lit. We didn't have breakfast as it was rather expensive, but popped down the road for a coffee and croissant.

The stay was lovely. We couldn’t get into our room at the check in time as it was delayed but we were offered a complimentary coffee and cake while we waited. The room was super and the staff very helpful. Great location with beautiful views too.

Everything is great about this hotel. We loved the quiet, well-designed room. The location was superb and the staff were very helpful. The waterside cafe is a pleasure to sit,drink and relax in as is the small Smoker's Bar.

Staff were very helpful and friendly at all times, we had one of the newly renovated rooms which didn't disappoint!

We stayed two nights and found the location to be perfect with main attractions in walking distance or short bus/tube ride away. We loved the interior design of the lobby and bar, found breakfast good and the views from our window (river side) nice. Spa at the top was a nice too.

The location is great, there's a parking garage next to the hotel, and the staff is wonderful. We liked the buffet breakfast, and the hotel bar has great cocktails and food. The Italian restaurant that's also part of the hotel was very nice too.

Architecture was amazing with brilliant views. Fantastic bar and reception area, spacious rooms, good shower and the staff were great.

Everything was exceptional! They truly paid attention to every little detail. Our housekeeper was AMAZING — so attentive and caring with our suite. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Better than in picture! I recommend the food from their restaurant too, delicious!

Excellent location with stunning views of Hamburg harbor and part of the city. Staff were friendly and professional, making the stay very pleasant. A special highlight was the direct guest access to the Elbphilharmonie viewing platform. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience.

Stunning views. Amazing room, so well designed. Most comfortable bed and the best pillows ever. We attended a concert at The Elbphilharmonie and it was perfect! Great gym and pool (for a hotel) as well.

Wonderful 2-night stay. I wish I could have stayed longer! Beautifully designed property with features of the old building well preserved. Spacious, very clean and super comfortable. Central location, a short walk to the Rathaus.

Definitely the location. Centrally located with a very nice neighborhood - bars, restaurants, lovely stores. We had a suite which was very nice, clean, a balcony wirh a good view and very comfortable.

I have stayed in this hotel before, and once again was not disappointed. A very large room with an extremely comfortable bed, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Parking very convenient right beneath the hotel.

Excellent location for visiting Hagenbeck's Tierpark. Comfy rooms of a generous size. Clean and tidy. Very nice views across the local area from my floor. Direct bus to airport is five minutes away and the UBahn line to central Hamburg is similar.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was furnished in a fancy and modern style. Mini bar offered some nice and free amenities. Location is perfect, if you want to explore "Hafencity" and the "Landungsbrücken".

Everything was great! The family room was spacious and great for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and gym. The bar was friendly and open! Places to sit everywhere. Restaurant offered a wide selection of food and it was all very tastey.

Amazing views and many fun opportunities, from padel to golf.

Everything is perfect, amazing people, receptionists are the best. Definitely worth the money.

Good location for when you need to stay in the area (a bit outside Hamburg) and in a green area. There is a bar and the staff is friendly.

Very helpful young guys at the reception desk on Sunday night who helped me get a restaurant reservation in the City. Super friendly and efficient. They also gave me a tourist booklet on Hamburg which I also appreciated. Very nice breakfast buffet.

The room was spacious with a great view and very comfortable. All the drinks and nibbles provided in the room were complimentary! The metro was close by and we found a couple of restaurants nearby for dinner. The nearby gardens were lovely to walk through.

The bed was super comfy and the room quiet, which made for a great night's sleep. The room was spacious, and they have a great breakfast buffet with lots of organic options.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Two years after our first stay, they still had the best offer in regards of price and location. Breakfast is delicious, lots of organic products! (Bio) Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

The views of The Elbe and the Hamburg are exceptional, especially from the level 20 bar. If you want a window seat make a reservation. The breakfast buffet was high quality and good value for money. It starts early which is great for travel requirements.

The room was very big and very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and extremely dog friendly (booking says the dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or bar but that is not true as long as the dog is well behaved)

This is a fresh and modern hotel. The rooms are spacious with excellent bathroom facilities. There is a good standard of sound proofing. The restaurant provides a decent breakfast.

Lovely small hotel in a convenient location in central Hamburg, close to a lively street of bars and restaurants but still nice and quiet. The room was simple but pretty and comfortable, and the highlight was the outdoor area and garden, especially for breakfast.

This is a quaint hotel in a great part of Hamburg - lots of restaurants, bougie grocery stores, and wine bars. Very LGBTQ friendly. Very welcoming staff. Lovely back yard. Excellent breakfast.

The room was big and clean, the bed was very comfy and the view outside the windows was nice as we were facing the city park. The breakfast buffet was quite big with plenty of options and the staff was very friendly.

This hotel was incredibly comfortable, with a great breakfast that had plenty of options. The location is convenient, making it easy to reach the city centre and other important points of the city. Overall, a pleasant stay and a nice experience that I would recommend to others.

Breakfast times spaned from 06:30 (?) to 10:00, perfect for early birds and late riser, with a rich variety of food. The hotel is somewhat close-by to the S3/S5, also not far away from the central parts of the city.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Upgraded to a junior suite. Breakfast is good, many choices. Hotel located 20 mn walk from the center or 10 mn walk from the nearest S-Bahn (local train)

Our room was in a very good condition, comfortable bed, and a nice small room as closet and a bar , a big and clean bathroom.. happy and nice atmosphere at the restaurant and the bar of the hotel. in addition it was close to the center and the main station.

Well arranged and very well manned place. Helpful and caring staff. Some rooms are on the small side, however the bigger ones are perfect. Very comfortable and enjoyable. One point to note - lack of aircon in the summer can be a bother.

Location is closed to subway station, and there are lots of stores and restaurant near by. It is convenient for tourists who visit Hamburg first time. The room is clean and staffs are friendly.

Convenient location, close to the S-bahn train station, which really connects you to everything else. Service is exceptional: in addition being polite and helpful, they surprised me when I declined room service two days in a row and they hung a bag of fresh towels (in a bag) on my door handle.

Wonderful location in a beautiful building. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating! The bed is very comfortable and the garden is a feast for the eye. It’s very serene, peaceful and quiet. It’s great to have access to a kitchenette and laundry facilities.

I had a small room, but it was nicely equipped - there was a kitchen and a desk suited for work. Room was clean. Location for me was great - there are a lot of restaurants nearby and metro station is not that far. Even though I haven't met any of the staff, I felt very welcome there.

Very good room, well equipped kitchen. Accommodation is close to public transport, in very safe area. Very quiet area too. We arrived little early, and room was already ready for us, really great.

It was near a train station in Poppenbüttel so we could take an S-train into the city. Room was very spacious and nice and the Bathroom was great. Christina was great. Very friendly and helpful.

The most comfortable temporary accommodation in Hamburg, the thoughtful and meticulous care of the heroine and the delicious German breakfast are the biggest highlights. I will stay here again when I come to Hamburg.

It is a simple hotel with good facilities and not so far from the city center. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had a nice bathtub. The bed was comfortable, and there was a fan in the room, which helped keep it fresh without needing the AC.

Place is in good location, train to the city within 5 minutes to walk, airport 10 minutes to drive to airport. Rooms big enough and comfortable, in the kitchen you have all you need.

Friendly staff, comfortable accommodation and although smaller choice for breakfast, but incredible quality. Close to the harbour, but it was not a clean and quiet neighbourhood. But the hotel exceeded our expectations with its quality and service.

Lovely hotel, stylish rooms, extremely friendly staff, and hot breakfast made to order with delicious fresh juries just yummy! I loved that in the room toilet is separated from the shower! Good and quite location.

The whole building and deco are beautiful. The area is central and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants. The staff is always helpful and polite. Rooms are comfortable and so is the bed. Temperature in the room can be controlled and I didn’t hear any disturbances during the night

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hamburg. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is perfect, right near the train station, so getting around the city was super convenient.

Everything was perfect! Comfy beds, clean rooms, freshly renovated interiors, exquisite breakfast (glutenfree and vegan options); there was even a parking lot for hotel guests! This will be our home whenever we visit Hamburg. Thank you to everyone involved for making our stay so lovely :)

Great hotel with a nice bar and restaurant. Very comfy, spacious room with good facilities. Perfect location for getting around the Neustadt area of the city and Elbphilharmonie. U-Bahn station also a short walk away.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant served tasty pub style meals at reasonable prices .The room was quite large and well appointed. Relatively close to major attractions and surrounded by small cafes and restaurants.

We breakfasted at a charming cafe opposite which was less expensive and good. The shower was excellent and the room large. Plenty of hanging space for clothes and the kitchenette was convenient. Dinner in the hotel was good.

Amazing breakfast with lots of options. Staff is very friendly. On Saturday and Sunday breakfast time is till 12:00. The location is great with many attractions like the city centre, harbour and Elbphilharmonie in walking distance.

A magnificent house. Very suitable for 4 people. The beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean. The location was great. You can reach everywhere on foot. It is located in a safe area. Although it is central, it is a quiet place. If I come again, I would definitely stay here.

It is really not easy to find such a clean, comfortable room in such a good location. Moreover, the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. We came 3 girls. We stayed in a room with two separate rooms and two separate bathrooms. It was a very comfortable holiday. Thank you very much.

The apartment is extremely spacious and comfortable! The location is very nice next to the Elba river with ships travelling 100 m away from the hotel. The breakfast is very convenient in the bar in the lobby (even if the bar is not part of the hotel) !

The apartment had plenty of space. We really felt at home away from home. As requested, we had a quiet room in a corner of the building. The view from the living room was exceptional: We enjoyed watching the ships going up and down the river. The staff at reception was very helpful and friendly.

staff is helpful, closed to SUNDAY fish market, 10 mins walk to S-Bahn station, 25 mins walk to Train station, apartment was very clean, full kitchen tool if you need cook, river view in the living room. Bath room is big and clean

Good location with easy access to the city center by foot or by bus and taxi. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are some cafes nearby where you can grab a quick breakfast, and at night, you've got a few restaurant choices too! Highly recommended!

Absolutely everything was to love. Historical value, cosy charm, a bustling bar and spacious well kept rooms. This hotel is a must visit spot if you wish to stay in style whilst being looked after incredibly well by staff.

What can anyone say! It is a classic Hamburg landmark hotel, recently refurbished. Rooms look very nice, clean and spacious, with the typical high ceiling. You must save space and time for the quality breakfast.

A very sophisticated hotel that perfectly blends old-world charm with modern ambiance, although—unfortunately—the spa area is under renovation until September 2025. The staff was immaculate, always friendly and helpful.

Comfortable and stylish!!!! Everything you would expect for a self catering unit. This was like home away from home 🏡 . Very friendly and helpful staff. The unit is 100m from the Elbe river where you can get the hop on hop off busses and do a river cruise. Next to the famous St Michel church.

QR code provided to enter building wasn’t working, wasn’t clear how I could get in to start check in process. Eventually figured out (touch screen on the side to contact security). Other than that, the property was excellent. Clean apartment, friendly and helpful staff.

This Clipper Boarding House in Hamburg is a great location near dining options, we loved the room(s) and multiple bathrooms. It was so pretty. Clean, and upgraded. It was walkable from the metro.

The property is great, modern, well designed and beautifully decorated in a minimalist style. It was super convenient to have everything neared in a compact kitchen area and the bed was super comfortable.
