Luxurious rooms and beautifully designed and decorated hotel. It looked brand new. Perfect location by the Cathedral and Albaicin. Easy walking access to great restaurants, shops and sites. Hotel staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lovely buffet breakfast. Would stay again without hesitation.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic views. Warm welcome and gave us a room with a view. Wonderful room, toiletries, tea, coffee making. Secure storage for our bicycle. Delicious meal in the restaurant and reasonable price. Really good breakfast.

The view from the terrace was beautiful. The room was very spacious and clean. The Japanese restaurant was very good and the 'high light' of our stay in Loja. Make sure you sit outside on the terrace when you eat there.

Friendly stafff who upgraded us on arrival to a suite. It was fabulously spacious, spotlessly clean and quiet with an excellent shower and dressing area and very welcome after a long journey. We appreciated the lobby inside the room which stopped any corridor sounds.

Location was conveniently between the train station (10min walking) and Old Town (15min walking), very safe and quiet and roof top pool was super. Breakfast was really good, lots to choose from and reasonably priced. Room was spacious and very clean.

It’s was our second time in this hotel that I really recommend, the reception was great helpful , professional, the room was big and clean , the bed very comfy , the breakfast is nice the staff was awesome.

It was clean, the bedroom was extremely spacious, bathroom huge and it had lots of added extras. The breakfast buffet had an excellent choice, the staff were delightful and v helpful.

Excellent location close to the train station and the town centre, very clean and modern. Nice spa with a sauna and a relaxing whirlpool. Superb breakfast. Spotless stay.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful with advice and information. The studio was tradional in feel, comfortable and quite spacious. The 30 minibus taking you up to the Alhambra (very steep to walk) stops close by and worked very well for us.

The apartment is in a very good location. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops and you can even walk up to Alhambra (~30min). The room is spacious and clean and the kitchen has many appliances and utensils for cooking. It is also quiet during the night

This was a great hotel with lots of character, peaceful ambiance, great location and very helpful and friendly staff. And the restaurant adjacent to it, La Fabula, it is amazing. We will definitely stay there again.

For me, the most important thing is how clean the room was (it was very clean). The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet had enough choices for my picky kids.

Rooms were big, facilities like outside pool, gym, beds were comfortable. Wonderfull breakfast! Spotless clean and a huge bonus is the parking even if is 18.5 EUR/ day.

Stayed two nights and chose the hotel because of the car park which was spacious and safe. The hotel is a short walk from the centre, about a 15 minute walk. No complaints about the room, breakfast was good and staff helpful. A taxi to the Alhambra was €12.

Staff are very pleasant and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Beds are super comfortable and rooms basic and cosy, well equipped with lots of hot water. Views from the terrace are amazing! Restaurant is very pleasant with a great breakfast and plenty of variety. Lunch and evening meal menus are nice and great prices. Overall a great budget place to stay, close to the ski station with plenty of parking too. We will definitely stay again

This 2 star family run hotel may only be 2 star in facilites but wow is it 5 star for views and for friendliness and attention of the staff. Also the typical food served on the terrace is wonderful. I asked if they had prawns on the menu but the answer was no. Next day however there were prawns! We hope we’ll be back at the end of the year.

My partner and I got into a car accident on the way to the hotel and Francisco, the manager, truly went above and beyond to help us—he drove us back and forth from the hotel to the town multiple times, helped us contact the local authorities, coordinated with the tow truck, all while serving us a lovely dinner and maintaining exactly the sort of calm kindness that’s so invaluable in a crisis. Honestly, he made an experience that could have completely ruined our trip into just a minor blip. Thank you, Francisco.

Excellent breakfast and the dinner was good value. Very clean and good service. Rooms are a little dates but comfortable.

Classic ski resort hotel with its due decorations and sense of coziness. I went with my 5 year old son and we had a great time/stay. Attentive staff, from the reception to the buffet, comfortable beds, great location. Ideal if going to Sierra Nevada. I highly recommend !!

Hôtel très sympa, piscine à débordement magnifique, personnel à l’écoute et très serviable. En revanche, pas de chaînes française à la télévision, coffre fort ne fonctionne pas et la nourriture du restaurant moyenne. Hôtel un peu éloigné du centre ville.

Personal encantador tanto de recepción y personal de limpieza, excepto la mujer del bar del hotel que es una borde y no sabe tratar a los clientes. Por el resto, todo muy bien.

Good stay at the hotel, the staff is really nice, the view from the bedroom on the sea, the swimming pools. Food was nice. Very big hotel, can be crowded in summer.

We loved this hotel. We was a couple and it was half term so there was lots of children. But that didn't bother us. The hotel is ideal for families. We had bad weather but that didn't stop us thoroughly enjoying our stay. We will definitely be back hopefully when it is sunny because the outside space is amazing.

Excellent stay - the apartment is very well equipped and super clean. The location is very central but at the same time quiet at night. The gentleman at reception was very helpful and had a lot of amazing tips and advice for our stay in Granada. If we return to Granada we would 100% stay again.

Authentic with fantastic views. Proper Spain. Comfortable great facilities truely relaxing Owners Rogier and Alphonso are fantastic. Second time we have stayed and will return one day again.

Absolutely loved our stay at El Valle. Rogier was kind to accommodate our requests, help us with figuring out places to visit and overall made our stay comfortable. It is located in a small village with good proximity to mountains, beach and city.

There is nothing to fault about the property. It’s beautiful, clean, excellent views and location, and the owners are lovely.

The property is well situated in the Lecrin Valley. The mountains and beaches are readily available. The accommodation was high class and very clean. Rogier and Alfonso take great pride in the accommodation which also serves as there home.

Great friendly staff. Simple and clean. Family friendly and has a nice vibe of the town. A lot of travelers and truckers were there and stopped so at first it seems a bit transient. But after being there its very friendly and local. Restaurant and staff are really nice and good quality.

From reception staff, to daytime bar staff, to midnight bar staff, always pleasant and attentive. Six times and never been disappointed. Great parking and location next to the A92, perfect for journeys to Granada or Murcia.

We used the hotel as a 'transit' stop on the way home from Portugal. It was very close to our route. The hotel has a restaurant, and a small shop so everything you could need is on site. The room was large and bathroom was clean and modern. Would highly recommend.

A real surprise, was just a through stop for us on the way back to Barcelona. Nice room, friendly staff and the restaurant was a bonus with good food and very good value. Convenient for a thru stay as right on the highway without the noise!

Value for money, modernity of the rooms, authentic restaurant and atmosphere, beautiful plants outside, you don't feel along the motorway ! Perfect half way stop between Alicante - Málaga, to split the trip, eat and rest !

We stayed in several places in Sierra Nevada, but this one turned out to be the coziest. It’s a ten-minute walk to the telesilla, which takes you down to the main lifts. There’s also a bus stop right in front of the building. The layout is convenient, everything is clean, and there’s plenty of space – there were seven of us and a cat. The administrator was always available to assist. We asked for an early check-in, and they did everything to accommodate our request. There’s paid parking inside the building, but there were also free outdoor spaces in front of it.

Beautiful property with insane views, delicious breakfast and evening meals and super helpful and attentive staff. We had a superior room with terrace, up near the restaurant and it was gorgeous. It's a 20 min very steep walk down into the town - OK if you're fit.

Such a beautiful and peaceful small and charming hotel. Breakfast and dinner are exceptional as well as the wine list. There is a magnificent walk to make in the area that the owner recommended us and it was amazing. Everyone is so friendly. You can only feel home. We prolonged with a night.

The breakfast was excellent and the evening meals were always superb - the accommodation was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The views are spectacular. They offer an evening meal which I would recommend you take - the food and the atmosphere are wonderful.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, the room was excellent with a great terrace and amazing views, the location was really quiet yet only 15 mins drive to Granada and the Alhambra. The pool area is excellent, really well suited to relaxing and switching off.

This property was super clean, comfortable, and located in a safe, really great area close to restaurants/bars/shopping. Jose, front desk concierge, was amazingly helpful with recommendations for food, sites to see, transport to the Alhambra and the airport, and for any other questions I had.

Room was quiet, clean, comfortable, and in a great location--easy walking distance to the main sights, shops, and restaurants. Proprietors were friendly and available when needed, offering lots of info on restaurants and sights. Discount on parking.

very clean and comfortable bed and atmosphere. host is amazing and welcoming. the hostal is also fully equipped with towels, soaps , hairdryer, coffee machine & it has an amazing decoration.

Everything was perfect. The host welcomed us and gave us a lot of advice about the city, restaurants where to eat and places to visit. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to the main attractions. The room was very clean and the bed really comfortable.

Amazing staff, they were super kind and helpful! They even helped park our car, gave us really nice recommendations, the rooms are very cozy and comfortable, at the perfect location. For this price, it is really a good deal, I can not recommend this hotel enough.
