The beds were amazing - so very comfortable ! Beautiful bath and lovely views from the room. We Loved the KYMA beach club too . Breakfast was excellent quality and choice of food was amazing. Location is good - a mall and lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance .

All staffs were very helpful, kind and friendly to us. Hotel and rooms were very very clean, breakfast was delicious. We had very early flight to Dubai, and our return flight was at midnight but they were very very helpful about out checking in and out. Thank you for everything.

St. Regis Dubai Palm is everything you’d expect from a St. Regis property. Impeccably clean, attentive staff and amazing food make this property an excellent choice in Dubai. Buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating.

This is pure heavenly hotel. Luxury around you (on every level) - in the room, in the restaurant, in the garden. We had entrance to the Club Lounge (with great view) and great service. I liked th coffee machine in the room and the huge terrace with jacuzzi.

The room was very spacious and comfortable! The balcony had great views - the service of the staff was excellent, always at hand to help with anything you need! Breakfast selection was fab, the spa was amazing and facilities were all great! Would definitely stay again!

Luxurious ambience & exceptional service. The room was clean and very comfortable with elegant decor. The staffs : Melanie, Shimray, Gerald and Rico were polite, helpful and attentive. I had a wonderful stay and i recommend this beautiful hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming. The room was spotless and modern, with all the amenities I could ask for, they even upgraded us for free. The food was good as well and there was plenty of variety.

Every thing is perfect!! The service is amazing, the hotel is luxurious and very clean. Breakfast is wonderful and pool also r very nice Location very good near dubai marina and close to dubai mall. Plenty of parking have also valet parking.

Amaizing breakfast with so much culinary choices and very fresh ingredients. The hot buffet was proposing many stations where your dish could be cooked up to once liking. Nicely quiet ambience just perfect for a nice and delicious breakfast.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The taxi service ( Baseet Tourism LLC ) in the hotel was excellent . There was plenty of delicious choice with the buffet meals. We would highly recommend it.

We liked the proximity to the Beach and the Golf course. We specially enjoyed the food e.g., the variety of food at breakfast and dinner. We found the staff to be very friendly and attentive.

Mr. Jagadeesh greeted, welcomed and made our stay comfortable. Staff was good and helpful to explain the vast facilities and features available in the location. Buggy transport was useful to see the far off places. Good beach and plenty of swimming pools. Dinner at Indian restaurant was special.

I had a pleasant stay at Pullman Dubai City Centre. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable. Everything about the room met my expectations. Overall, the hotel was welcoming and well-maintained. I truly enjoyed my experience and will definitely visit again in the future :)

One & Only The Palm is amazing. Quiet, luxurious, exclusive and made to feel very welcome. This price of this hotel is worth every penny. We had a premier room in one of the mansions and it was one of the best double rooms we have ever stayed in.

Everything perfect, room, service, pool, beach, cannot fault it and we are very picky! We even arrived very early and our room was available and they gave us early access. This was a business trip / mini break added on, just fabulous. Restaurant Stay ( Michelin 2 star) also incredible.

Property is very well maintained and staff is very polite. It is situated in prime location on Sheikh Zayed road and views from the balcony are very beautiful. The only problem is limited breakfast buffet options for vegetarians.

Hotel is very clean, roomy, contemporary and conveniently located right next to metro station, local restaurant and supermarket. Free breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend getting a room with view of Burj Khalifa.

Everything was ok, one of the best value for money apartments in the area. Room modern, clean, bed extremely comfy. Only negative was that the room was not ready for check in time but was made to feel comfortable using other facilities in the hotel whilst waiting for my room to be ready.

The hotel is in a great location. It is super clean and breakfast was good with variety of options. The staff are super nice and professional. Special mention for Parves, Krishna who did a lovely job at keeping our room clean and homey. Thank you Staybridge Suites for the lovely stay.

The room was very spacious, had a mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities. It had a massive selection of food for breakfast from 6 to 10.30am, allowing guests to sleep in if necessary. The Dubai metro Station, Al Gharoud is a 400m walk from the hotel. Terminal 1 and 3 are on this metro line.

The single most important comment I would single out is the incredible team of people. I work in luxury hospitality security, I pick up on the small detail. The operations team particularly within F&B really were very welcoming, knowledge, super helpful and very professional.

From the moment we stepped in the hotel, everything was perfect, the staff were helpful and the room was amazing with great views. Our room would be cleaned to perfection everyday by the staff. We will definitely be using this hotel again.

Overall my experience at this hotel was not great but there is one exception there was a staff member called ANSH who worked in the restaurant in the evenings and for the breakfast buffet he was very very helpful and very welcoming. This young man deserves to be the manager of this hotel one day.

Room was fantastic as we were upgraded to a suite. Staff were both professional but also friendly. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a central location with the JBRbeach close by and the marina a two minute walk away. Reception was always helpful in getting taxis etc.

Nice buffet breakfast, pools are small but were never busy, nice well kept beach with plenty of sunbeds. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant in the evenings - but did try the Indian restaurant and roof top bar at the sister Lake View Hotel - only 20 mins walk away and worth the trip!

We were upgraded by Lexus to a bigger room in JA Palm. The room was very big, clean and had a huge terrace with sea view. You have multiple restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I really recommend this hotel for families with small kids.

I loved the views of the gulf from the balcony. The best value for the family was the breakfast buffet. The most impressive was the staff (friendly and pleasant) especially the "greeter/valet" at the door. He was very helpful.

Good tennis courts. Breakfast is great. In-room dining is excellent. Very good beach with view on concrete constructions. A lot of bars and restaurants. Nice beach. Beautiful territory with a lot of trees, birds and cats.

The hotel provides an exceptional selection for breakfast. There is a wide range of water sports available. It is right on the beach and the hotel also provides a free coach to Dubai shopping arcades. Staff are excellent, helpful and friendly, I would certainly stay again.

The hotel was clean and the entire staff was professional and friendly. The only thing I would to say that when I booked the hotel, the distance to Dubai Downton shows 6 to 7 km but in reality, it was much further.

The stay was great, good breakfast options, friendly staff, great location with good connectivity, good size rooms, wrl maintained, great price for the service, I will come back and will recommend others to try this property next time

Staff at Lapita are exceptional, a special mention to our breakfast server Mujammil. Rooms are super comfy with a lovely view, pool is amazing and there is transport to the parks or they are within walking distance. Plenty of choice for food at breakfast.

Lovely place to stay with family near dubai. The parks and pool were fabulous. In room dining was delicious and breakfast buffet had something for everyone. Staff was friendly and helful. No touble checking in at 2.30am either.

Had an amazing night in the Claw BBQ in Hilton Palm Jumeirah. The food and the drinks were so delicious. The music was just perfect, such a good vibe! Beryl from the bar made some amazing cocktails. My friends and I plan on trying out the brunch next🥂

By far the most attentive staff I’ve ever experienced. They were on top of any request we made. The Skyline view Suite was amazing as well. Not sure of when I may be back in Dubai but list property will definitely be on my list to revisit.

the stay was amazing from the best resort ever. but www.hotels.com were not up to the promise. I had to pay extra for my Dinner and Lunch. when I made the booking it clearly said full board. but was based on breakfast only when I reach!!. WAS PROMISED FOR REFUND STILL WAITING.

Whenever in Dubai, I book into Le Meridien Royal Court. Nice spacious rooms and wonderful staff in the restaurant. Other restaurants in the complex to choose from for a variety of palates. Nice buffet breakfast and a well laid out selection for the daily happy hour.

Family trip for limited time,location is excellent but the real gem is the staff , very nice and helpful from start,they also helped in not only keeping our luggage last day but helping to put some medicines in fridge. Room is spacious ,clean and views were good ,and quiet .

Sofitel Dubai Downtown is in a great location downtown, in close proximity to the metro and the Dubai Mall. Great view of the city from our room. Fitness room, spa, pool, and breakfast were all highlights from our stay at the Sofitel. Staff were so attentive, friendly, and helpful.

Helpful staff who when over and above to assist. They even gave our four year old a Camel stuffy to make him comfortable. Gorgeous, modern,clean room. Very helpful concierge. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

My experience with the Hyatt Dubai was amazing. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and courteous, and my room was comfortable. The outdoor pool was amazing and they had a 24 hour adult pool inside. I would definitely recommend this property.

The rooms are very clean and the environment is so comfortable. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. I especially want to mention Jeevan, who has been very kind and respectful to me and he always keeps my room perfectly clean. His service truly made my stay even better.

Beautiful hotel! Our room was pretty specious and the cleaning staff always did an amazing job cleaning our room. Loved the dining options. Food was always top notch. The beach is nice and clean. Shops, restaurants, coffee shops outside the hotel were all walking distance which was very convenient.

Best placed we’ve ever stayed. Super super clean, the staff can’t do enough for you, the breakfasts offer so much variety and the views from the rooftop pool are breathtaking. We got an upgraded room on arrival offering great views of the marina. Would love to come back. Pure luxury

Palace Downtown was an excellent hotel for our family over Christmas. Every detail was so thoughtful and the location can not be beat. The breakfast staff were so attentive and made our kids feel very special. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We woyld absolutely stay here again

This place is amazing. The view is incredible . The breakfast baffle is spectacular. The pool and cabanas were totally enjoyable. We were upgraded to a suite for being an hotels.com member. I only regret not staying longer….

Very good value. Good location close to the port, nice shops nearby. The staff was attentive and very efficient. The room was perfect, wish I could have stayed longer to utilize the kitchen and washer! Nice workspace too. The sheets were so soft and bed very comfortable.

Second time at the Amwaj Rotana, its in a great location on JBR, breakfast is great, found all the staff to be really helpful and friendly, especially Mohuddin in the Sun Deck. Room was great with an amazing view of the beach and the Ain Dubai. No complaints at all

Location is excellent, very close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Room air conditioning seems to not be working efficiently but it was comfortable.

Location was in close proximity to the beach and lots of tourist-focused restaurants. Hotel was very well maintained, food was great and staff were very helpful. Taxis and Uber were available almost in an instant everyday. There was however traffic getting in everyday and every time.

Second time we stayed here. Excellent location. The view from our balcony was amazing, across to the Dubai Wheel and the Palm in the distance. Baseel on reception deserves a mention. Extremely polite and helpful. Definitely stay again.

Our room was beautiful, and the view from our balcony toward the cityscape was delightful. One night in particular we found the traffic noise very loud throughout the night, but the other three nights were quite quiet. The gym is excellent, the pool area is lovely, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing!! Four days of honeymoon bliss! They even surprised us with rose petals and a chocolate vegan cake. Excellent staff beautiful grounds and room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for making our stay so special.

The property is amazing, lobby and restaurant areas are beautifully done, rooms are spacious and clean, very comfortable. Great location in the JBR.

Enjoyed staying there .. Got an amazing room, check in and check out was super easy and the girls at the reception were very informative. One of the resturant staff Hannah who has served me for everyday for breakfast was specially polite and friendly ! Overall an amazing experience :)

Beautiful hotel, perfect location right on Dubai Marina beach. Rooms (we have got upgraded to the Presidential Suite!) and the facilities are very nice. Will definitely go back again

Perfect! Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, perfect location!

Staff were extremely friendly and very attentive. Location was excellent. I suggest that while Covit-19 tests are required by airlines, the hotel send a 72 hour reminder to its occupants prior to their departure reminding them to take the test with 3 chosen labs and inform the costs.

Staff were very nice and friendly on reception,at the restaurant, at the gym and housekeeping...especially Mr.Okila from house keeping, he was very friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere was great, the place itself felt peaceful. The water was always warm even at 5am🤭

The stay at this hotel was exceptional. The room are spacious , tidy and clean . All of the staffs are extremely helpful. I wanna mention Ms. jay from guest relations and Ms.Harpreet , Mr.Abin and Bellman Mr Sathiq . Also thank you for Mr.Mari . We will come back again for sure .

Spending my time here at Landmark Premier Hotel for a week and had an exceptional stay. Rooms are cozy and clean. Daily room service, amenities and all of the staffs from Housekeeping to Front Office are super friendly. I wanna mention Jay , Harpreet and Hadil for their helpfulness.
