Great Hotel, central, everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel, my first choice if I was returning. Rooms were spacious, immaculate, clean , great views, great friendly staff. Bar and restaurant were excellent, I'd give Trump my Nr 1.

The view was wonderful and the food was very delicious. The bartender Klajdi was a wonderful guy. He served us very delicious cocktails. The waiter Aleks was a very charming and professional guy. Everything was perfect!

Everything was fabulous, great staff, very helpful. Very clean and comfortable spacious room, fabulous bathroom with large bath and shower, very comfortable large bed, great pillows and bedding. Fabulous location

The building is luxurious and fantastic. Made my day so easy to check in and park. The staff is very friendly and just amazing answered any questions that I had. The room was super clean and the view fantastic. Only down side pricing of valet otherwise everything else was fantastic.

Everything was great. The staff was super kind and helpful, and Terrace 16 was a great experience too. The fitness center is great, and the swimming pool too. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, all the bathroom items were good, and the view was amazing.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was so spacious, the shower and bath was amazing. Stuff was so helpful and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. So fun amanities- rooftop- steam room - sauna.

Ray's Bucktown B&B is a great place to stay when visiting Chicago. The decor is ecclectic with tons of intersting antiques, art and just fun things that Ray has collected over the years. The rooms are comfy. The food is amazing and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful.

Easy to find in a walkable neighborhood. We had a secure garage for our car. Many separate and comfortable spaces to relax and have a cup of coffee inside the house. The decor was unique and interesting. The staff was very tuned in to great customer service. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Clean and super comfortable. The lounge was very cozy and peaceful. Check out was at 12, so there is enough time to have a relaxing morning also on the last day of stay. Everyone who worked there was nice, helpful and polite.

We had a corner room on the top floor, so it was very nice and felt luxurious. We loved the view, the comfortable bed, and the bathrobes. It was a very spacious room. The staff were so kind and professional.

Location is close to many restaurants, shops and interesting buildings. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The common areas smell nice. Room are spacious and cozy. Amenities are good quality.

Convenient location to easily uber to Giordano’s and to Riviera Theater (our entire reason for the trip). Also walkable to Starbucks for morning coffee. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The morning breakfast was really good.

They stay was great. The room and property was clean. The beds were comfortable and I loved the spacious bathroom. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The bellman Luis was also very helpful during our stay. I look forward to returning during my next trip to Chicago

This Four Seasons stay did not disappoint. The staff was attentive and friendly, our room was clean and as advertised, and the location was incredibly walkable to restaurants, tourist attractions, shopping, etc. We would definitely stay here again. A+, Four Seasons! A+.

I was in town for a shopping weekend with my niece. The Park Hyatt has an excellent location for shopping and site seeing. Beautifully updated rooms that are very clean and modern. Knowledgeable and attentive staff met all of our needs. In-room breakfast was delicious.

Hyatt Park Chicago was a great experience! The room has great modern features and comes with a mini bar. Most importantly, it was clean! The hotel has great amenities such as a gym, pool, hot tub and steam room. The hotel staff was very friendly! I highly recommend it!

I visited with my 3yr old and husband(on his work trip). The room was spacious and luxe , breakfast buffet was sumptuous. There was a small fussball table near the cafe. Easily accessible laundry room for self serving the washing needs. Helpful and courteous staff.

Wonderful stay!! Hotel was super clean and nice, all the amenities are amazing!! Close to all the downtown Chicago attractions. Everything was within walking distance. Loved the fact there was room service until midnight and two restaurants and a bar on site. Will stay again.

Front desk staff did everything to make me comfortable. Carsana H was especially helpful, offering me a free upgrade and correcting a lighting problem immediately. The space itself is very comfortable. Restaurants had enough variety to keep me happy if I couldn’t leave the hotel.

Overlookinf grant park and a few steps from lake michigan Hilton Chicago has an ubeatable location. Hotel itself is grandious and old school luxury. Staff is very friendly. Tommy with room service and Ozel with HGV were exceptional. Thank you all for an amazing experience

Fun time in the city of Chicago. My 2nd time staying at the Hilton for concerts. Staff is nice. They added pool tables and other fun fanes in the lobby for free!!! which my friends and I took advantage of Bar is fun too

Voco is in a great location right on the river walk. Our view was amazing, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. We have stayed here twice. Good breakfast buffet, nice bar.

It felt safe with all of the card scanning requirements. It was east to get deliveries and food delivered. The in unit washer/dryer was very convenient. Trash chute location was convenient as well. The view was amazing!

The location was great. I did everything walking. They're pet friendly. The place is extremely clean! Everything looks new and chic. The amenities are really nice. The pool has a nice view. The gym is very complete. It is a quiet place. They have parking. They have pet area inside the building.

Everything was amazing: great breakfast, clean room, safe and quiet neighborhood, great location (close to the train station), beautiful view from the rooftop. Forniture was super cozy. I can't wait to go back to this amazing B&B.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The common area was cozy and well-maintained. Love the terrace on the top floor. The breakfast was also great! Also, very convenient public transportation (brown line train) that can take you anywhere in Chicago within a 5-min walk.

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices on their continental spread, including really good coffee. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing!

The home/building is beautiful, modern, and clean. The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was lovely. I loved the yogurt, fresh berries, and granola. They also had baked goods and hardboiled eggs. The rooms/beds were comfortable. Bathroom had a nice big shower.

The hotel is perfectly located on a quiet street and is quite close to public transport and supermarkets. The property is well maintained and clean. The internet quality was good and the staff was exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly. Good price to value ratio.

A chick hotel in the middle of the action, A Lobby is a bit small but cozy and filled with art. The staff is professional and there to help. My room was clean, the beds comfy, and the bathroom roomy. There is a restaurant downstairs. Dinner was just ok. Not sure about breakfast.

This property is amazing. The view was beautiful. The staff is very friendly and professional. The hotel had a unique pool and the fitness area was nice. The rooms were clean as well. Bowling and the movie theater was about a 2 minute walk from the hotel which was very convenient.

Great stay! Overall lobby, common areas, room and bathroom very clean; comfy bed; friendly staff; awesome rooftop views and cocktails! Short, safe walk to The Salt Shed for our Caamp show. We usually spend our time East of the Kennedy but enjoyed checking out Wicker Park. Will be back!

The Hyatt Place in Wicker Park was amazing. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic! The rooftop bar was such a fun vibe and the bartender, Nicole was awesome! We will definitely stay there again.

I slept great! The bed was super comfortable, the linens were cozy and the bathroom was luxurious. The staff were very friendly and the pineapple cookies in the evening was a nice touch (and delicious.) The hotel decor / style was a mix of old and new (in a good way) and a visual banquet.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hospitality was amazing, the hotel is definitely clean and we had an excellent breakfast at the Atwood restaurant located in the hotel. Seriously everyone was extremely friendly and kind.

citizenM in Chicago is wonderful. An upscale, modern, and very welcoming vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly, laid back, but very attentive and helpful. The rooms were really clean, comfortable, and very customizable to your own pleasure.

We’ve stayed here multiple times for a reason. It’s a nice, affordable, comfortable, and modern place, even if you just need it for a place to sleep and shower. Rooms are quiet and cozy.

Even tho there was a system outage the staff were outstanding and attentive. Room and view were great and spacious. Bed was comfortable and cozy and the rooms AC systems worked great to. All in all worth the money and the experience I had just wish parking was cheaper and easier.

Stayed here over Labor Day for a concert and some sightseeing. Our landmark view room had a great view of Willis Tower. The room was clean, spacious, and close to the Brown Line, Red Line, Art Museum, and other attractions. Quiet location. Highly recommend.

Very clean overall. Nice and comfortable. Clean and modern bathroom. Parking is $65 at garage garage next to hotel, convenient for downtown Chicago and that is the normal rate with parking garages in Chicago downtown. Short and checkin and out which is nice.

Myron has by far been the best part of this hotel - super helpful! Other than that, the facility is beautiful and quite comfortable. The staff were very attentive/polite and the restaurant has an amazing dessert menu - get the cheesecake or apple pie!

The location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping, and restaurants in the central Chicago area. The hotel is quiet, comfortable and clean. The staff were exceptional from the front door to the housekeeping personnel. We don't stay anywhere else when in Chicago.

All of the stuff there were super nice and helpful, it is located in the perfect spot with plenty of stuff to do and very walkable, the rooms had amazing views and very comfortable beds

Enjoyed our three night stay. We ate breakfast once and dinner once at the restaurant. Delicious! The coffee in the front room each morning was great. We sat in the comfy chairs and had a couple of cups each day. Our room was cozy. We will be coming back to The Royal Sonesta for sure!

The stay was great but the breakfast was amazing!!! I have never had so many vegetarian options for breakfast. There was breakfast potatoes, vegetarian patties everyday. On Thursday there was a spinach brioche as well. Loved the service too. Glenda and Xiao had made an amazing breakfast.

The property was clean and rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The views from the corner suite on the 20th floor were amazing! The staff was accommodating and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was awesome with a huge variety of breakfast foods and beverages.

The staff was helpful & really nice. They even gave a complimentary gift for my Dad’s birthday which was very special and very sweet. Location was perfect for a day of strolling around the river walk. Restaurants and bars around was very convenient.

Hotel is greatly located close to everything, the variety of dinning options, the shopping, you can walk everywhere. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean, ample and quiet. Breakfast is not included but the restaurant is ok. Overall I like it.

Our stay at the Courtyard was wonderful. The ability to quickly get to downtown locations, nice beds, and a good atmosphere made our choice well worth it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Copper Fox Gastropub, the in hotel restaurant, is friendly and has fantastic food.

Jake at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming when I checked in. Other staff members around the property were also friendly and helpful, including the Starbucks cafe staff. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Enjoyed window size, could sit and read in them. I enjoyed how hot the shower could get. Other guests we encountered seemed friendly. The staff was nice and nonjudgmental. Room was clean. Amazing location.

This hotel is in great shape with a very good hot breakfast and excellent coffee, friendly welcoming staff and nice valet people. Near Loyola of Chicago University and just 3 miles from Wrigley Field. Reasonable prices and very comfortable room and mattresses. Very clean too!

Our stay was amazing! All employees were helpful & friendly. Carlos and Sheena, at the front desk, were especially helpful! They coordinated the location of our room with a second room. Great amenities. The breakfast was very enjoyable. We would definitely stay at this location again!!!

This hotel was great! The staff were all so friendly, and the breakfast had a lot of options and was tasty. The gym was clean and spacious and the propery was comfortable and well appointed.

Went for the Chicago marathon. It was a perfect place to stay. The route went by and my parents were able to spectate from there. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was really friendly.

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. My only complaint is how hot the hallways were, it seemed as though no air was flowing in the hallways on the guest floors. The breakfast was $11.00 and was surprisingly decent for a hotel buffet style breakfast.

The property was clean, the room was clean and neat and the price was great, the area was quiet yet near a lot of restaurants and other places of interest, the parking garage was heated and convenient.

location was excellent, the hotel had apt of amenities and the bathroom was spacious, bed was comfy. Room came with a coffee bar and a refrigerator and an amazing view!!! I’ll be rebooking here the next time I’m in Chicago.

The godfrey was nice and clean. Very modern n the staff were great. I have no complaints n will stay there again the location in river north was close to everything. So many nice restaurants n bars for drinks. And Close to Michigan avenue. I recommend it highly.

This unit was perfect for my kids and I. Very close to public transportation and just a few blocks from the lake. Two train stops to the Sox stadium and a 30 min bus/train ride to the free zoo. We appreciated the kitchen, WiFi, roomy balcony, and felt safe during our visit.

I absolutely llloovveeedddd our stay! It was a little difficult to find and parking was kind of annoying but the place was in the perfect spot. It was so clean and spacious, the balcony was beautiful and we loved alll of the windows. Absolutely blown away, will definitely stay here again!

It was the perfect size for what we needed and the time we stayed in Chicago. Cleaning supplies, laundry/dish detergent and soaps were provided, as well as shower essentials. The space we had was clean and cozy, which was nice to come back to after long days out.

The location was convenient, able to get around easily- either walking or getting to the “L” station. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Super lovely hotel, fabulous art deco styling for a fun Chicago getaway trip to the city. Staff was very friendly, and a daily bar credit was lovely to be able to have a nightcap close by. Very comfy room, central downtown area. Would stay in again

Our stay was amazing!! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! We went to the terrace for drinks before dinner and the view was stunning and service was great! Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Jr suite was amazing! The bed was comfortable the big tub was so nice and the shower was big enough for two people. The terrace was really nice and had a pretty view of the city with a sliver of the lake. Location was great as well.

The location was convenient to restaurants, and most importantly, to our family members in Ukrainian Village. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, very functional, and had an excellent shower.

A unique step back in time. Cool little spot. We enjoyed the skyline from the roof top bar and had a wonderful breakfast at the downstairs restaurant. Safe walkable part of town and very close to the hop on the train to go explore the rest of Chicago. We had a great stay!

Very clean room. Amazing location. Honestly one of the best hotels in chicago if you aren't trying to stay in the loop and want to experience more of the neighborhood feel of Wicker park. Near amazing bars and restaurants plus next to a train stop.

The Robey was extremely clean, the staff was amazing, the views from the second floor and roof were incredible, they have the most comfortable linens, beds, pillows etc! The location was perfect for us.

The room was very spacious with excellent city view out of two windows. It was a corner room. Very quiet despite being one of the lower floors. There was lots of space in the deep wardrobe. The staff were lovely and the food at both breakfast and in the rooftop bar was perfect.

Clean, comfy and a great location. Not far from the river, navy pier and 2 blocks from the magnificent mile, everything you need is nearby and within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were relatively modern. Nighight sensor was a nice touch.

The valet and street level attendants, could not have been more attentive and friendly. They provided assistance with directions as well as made “small talk” while we waited for our car. The server in the restaurant was also very friendly and professional.

Very nice and comfortable! The breakfast is great! Very convenient to have a mini kitchen and refrigerator. Feels like an apartment and homey. Ms. Kay was the absolute best! Very friendly and helpful. The people at the breakfast were very kind. Definitely up to Hilton standards.

Centrally located within walking distance of areas of interest and restaurants. Staff were always helpful, kind, and courteous. The room was spacious for the 5 person family group, the gym had all the equipment I’d hoped for, clean, modern, and a variety of breakfast options.

Family friendly, safe, clean and value for money. Breakfast, bed, hygiene, safety and staff friendliness was excellent. Close to public transportation, pharmacy and local sights. Had to call and then shop online to locate the parking alternatives. Would stay again.

The proximity to the beach for walking and enjoying the water was amazing. Our room with two twins was very spacious. The restaurant was exceptional for dinner. The location is easy to use as a home base.

The location is great. Many neighborhoods, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. Having a room with a lake view on the 6th floor was spectacular. The bed and bedding were super comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful.

The staff was super helpful. The bathrooms get cleaned twice a day. There is staff available during crowded breakfast times to make sure everything is clean. The property was close to one of the busy streets: good restaurants and cafes were walkable distance.
