No complaints whatsoever about or stay. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the view from the balcony gorgeous. I’d have loved if the pool was heated, but otherwise, the stay was absolutely perfect.

The hotel itself is very beautiful and clean. The room is excellent and the view is amazing. Breakfast was great especially in the room having the view by the pool. The staff went above and beyond they are all so friendly and helpful.

The pool and the swim up bar were particularly great, and the staff were very friendly. The room (a junior suite with sea view) was lovely and very spacious. It’s also in the perfect location for the beach and easy access to lots of lovely beachside restaurants and bars.

Beautiful facilities, friendly and helpful staff, perfect location. We had a waterfront double room on the Imperial side which was amazing. Opened our glass doors onto the balcony directly overlooking the beach and sea.

I really like the wine testing menu at the sea side restaurant and the setup at the sea side/beach. Friendly service and a special relaxed environment. The rooms were really comfy, open büfe for breakfast and dinner was great! We have received another gift every day, thank you!!

The food was varied and of a very high standard. Room and hotel was clear, spacious and well maintained throughout the stay. Staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay even more special and enjoyable. I can’t wait to return on our next visit for our honeymoon!

This is a beautiful old French consulate. The front desk staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious and the bed is amazingly comfortable. There are lots of little touches to the way the hotel is run and this makes the experience memorable and fantastic.

It's the perfect spot if you wanna relax. It's in a quiet area but the beach, shops and restaurants are close enough that you could walk to. Staffs are very friendly. They have food as well so if you don't want to go anywhere then no need.

Fully renovated hotel with wonderful and spacious lounges around all floors. The room was big and clean. The WiFi was fast inside the room. Breakfast was delicious with many selections. What makes the hotel exceptional was the smile of the staff. We are sure that we will definitely be back.

I had booked here and the hotel is exactly like the pictures. There was a restaurant with delicious meals, a good condition gym, a poolside bar which served exotic cocktails and juices, a snack bar, lobby bar all were amazing and with genteel employees.

Superb location, just in front of the sea. The staff were very kind and helpful. One day we arrived late to dinner due to delay of our excursion bus and they gently allowed us to have a quick dinner. Also the fresh orange juice for breakfast is a plus!

just what we wanted for a total relaxing holiday. as described you get a sea view from hotel, the hotel's beach facilities are superb where the "sea view" is even better especially at sunset. there is a choice of swimming pools with excellent loungers.

A very relaxing stay. As a solo guest, I still felt very welcome at the hotel, as the staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was more relaxing than a family-friendly hotel because it is adults only, but it still had evening entertainment to add to the atmosphere.

This amazing suite located in Chania Town, at it's only 200 meters away from the beautiful Stalos beach. My suite was amazing, nice decorated and very clean. Had a TV, a desk and a balcony with view to the sea. Definitely I'll be back for more days!

Amazing hotel! The buffet had a wide variety, and the staff in the restaurant were always friendly. We also loved the ping pong and darts – great entertainment. Our room was modern, had a large balcony, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

We stayed in Veronica Suit. It is very lovely and large. You can find everything you need in the house. The beds are comfortable. The villa is located just across the hotel, it has its own garden and entrance. Quiet and peaceful if you like this kind of holidays.

Lovely stay. Hotel is in a beautiful old building and just a relaxed 15 -20 minute walk into the gorgeous old town. Delicious and plentiful buffet breakfast and clean and comfortable rooms. Nice roof garden with jacuzzi and a few sunbeds

The room was clean and neat. It wasn't big but it was comfortable. Breakfast was perfect, we liked it very much. The staff were polite and very helpful. The location is excellent. It's close to the center and to the top city beaches. The fitness downstairs had enough equipment for a decent workout.

The hotel is beautiful, the garden to the front and roof terrace were an added bonus. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We had a late evening flight and being able to store our luggage, shower and change before going to the airport was so good. Lovely breakfast too.

A fantastic modern villa, finished to a very high standard with every facility you could possibly think of. Outdoor area was great for evening entertaining. The pool, table tennis table and gym were amazing too. Evangelia is the perfect host, extremely helpful and available whenever required.

The property was very clean and the interior very well designed. It was light, spacious with great sunsets from the upstairs terrace. The outside space was perfect, the pool was heated and well worth paying for this at this time of year as we swam in this every day and were never cold! The gym area, jacuzzi and sauna were much appreciated by my teenage daughters! Location was great, a 10 minute taxi ride into Chania town. The owners was very helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyed.

Our stay at the villa was magical beyond all expectations. We stayed at the villa for 10 days and Eva and John were so friendly, kind and amazing hosts. The location, the pool, the villa, the rooms - all perfect. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. This has been a very special holiday for us. We will definitely recommend this great place to our friends and family.

Our stay at imperium luxury villas was fantastic. Great location, within walking distance of beaches and shops. The villa was amazing and had everything you could want, we especially loved having a blender for our morning smoothies in the sun. Our host Evangelia went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and stress free as possible. I would highly recommend this villa.

We had such an amazing time at this villa – it was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we could possibly need. Total luxury, but still felt really relaxed and welcoming. The whole place was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the pool was a real highlight – we spent so much time in and around it! One of our favourite parts was the outdoor kitchen – we had some fantastic barbecues there in the evenings, with loads of space to cook, eat, and hang out together. The view from the villa was stunning, especially at sunset – just the perfect backdrop for lazy days and relaxed evenings. Chania itself was beautiful – full of charm, great food, and lovely little streets to wander around. It was the perfect base for exploring but also ideal if you just wanted to stay in and unwind. Our host, Evangelia, was absolutely wonderful – friendly, always kept in touch, and made sure we had everything we needed. So helpful and understanding, which made the whole experience even better. Everything had been thought of, from comfy beds to loads of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. It worked perfectly for our group and everyone had a brilliant time. Honestly couldn’t fault it – we’d go back in a heartbeat!

100 meter from the beach. Amazing breakfast views and access to the best beach around with no rocks. Covered by small ireland at front very protected from wind and waves. Even the 5 star about 1 km away had much worse beach.

It was close to the beach and the beach was very good. The staff at the Hotel was very friendly and profesional. Fantastick view from the restaurant terrace.

Extremely good location + convenient (already on beach, if you want a restaurant- 2 min walk) + new facilities clean and amazing + beautiful clean sea

In the end, I basically only stayed overnight, so it wouldn't be fair to write a big review. But the place is actually really nice—massage jets in the shower, very friendly staff, lots of breakfast options in the buffet. Free parking. Amazing views.

A really comfortable, quiet and clean hotel, within walking distance of the center of Chania. The breakfast served to the table was delicious and the courtyard garden really atmospheric. Dina, Penny and the rest of the staff were really helpful and friendly. Thanks for the nice discussions!

This is a fabulous place to stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. Small pool and pleasant outdoor space a real bonus. And the staff are just superb: helpful, warm, welcoming and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Chania.

Breakfast is amazing you choose every night what you want and its fresh and delicious. Room was comfortable and big, for us travelling with a baby was enough. They provided everything you need for a stay. Very close to the historic centre, 15 min walk and 10 min to the small beach.

This property was excellent. Very accommodating and staff were very pleasant. It was quiet and only a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach & old town. Would highly recommend. Dina was fantastic and making our stay feel like home. Breakfast was always amazing. Pool was perfect.

fabulous balcony, right over the sea and a perfect little beach. A very well designed room, beautifully clean. A great set of restaurants nearby and a short walk into Chania. Comfy bed and sound of the sea all night....perfect.

A relaxing stay in a pristine hotel - beautiful rooms, friendly staff and an atmosphere and aroma that provide instant calm! Rooms were spacious and spotless, the staff were friendly, and location was convenient - Chania was accessible by bus and the beach was just 100m away.

Gorgeous, peaceful room, with comfy bed. Kept so lovely and clean by house keeping each day. We loved having breakfast on the roof veranda and the location was perfect. Staff were so accommodating and helpful.

Lovely view from the balcony of the harbour one block away. Deal with restaurant next door for breakfast. We stayed in a junior suite which was big and spacious. Cleaning lady was friendly and they let us check in early as the room was ready.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable for our 3 night stay. Breakfast buffet was very good & staff were all friendly and helpful. Wonderful view of the water from the balconies (our corner room had 2 balconies) and very quiet.

Great place to stay. perfect location in the middle of the old town where all the restaurants and bars are, just off the water front. staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Nice selection of restaurants within walking distance even with some closed already for the season. Hotel was just as pictured. Very clean and quiet. A little noisy in the morning as stores were setting up but I had the windows open. Staff was pleasant and Marta was particularly helpful. 2 👍👍

The room was very nicely done, clean, comfortable and quiet, even though it was right in the middle of the old town. Great to retreat to after a day exploring. The small bar outside was great for people watching and for a nightcap. All in all, excellent.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Basic but perfect for us. The manager/ staff were so friendly. Great location for so many good tavernas to eat out in the evening. The pool was very good too and always quiet.

The location is stunning, being right on the beach and a beautiful beach too. Our room had a sea view, so we were able to watch the sunset from our balcony. The pool area was lovely too, and very well maintained. The Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Danaos Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel faced onto a beautiful sandy beach. There was a good buffet breakfast and there was a cafe/bar/restaurant on the ground floor looking out to the sea.

It is a nice and cosy hotel, the location is perfect, directly to the beach and approx. 15 min. walk to the city center. The room with balcony was very comfortable, everything was clean, the staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff were amazing – truly went above and beyond! Even if I missed breakfast, they’d pack something for me, which was so helpful on day trips. The location is super central, walking distance to everything. The hotel was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony to relax on.

Lovely hotel in great location right in heart of Old Town. Aria was very helpful with check in and also looked after our luggage when we checked out. Rooms were very clean and comfortable . Sun terrace has great view of harbour and is lovely for a quiet place to sit/read.
