Estrutura boa, mas o buffet do jantar e cafe da manhã, nao é proporcional ao local, poucas poções, e muito simples.

A estrutura interna do apartamento é ótima, o apartamento estava limpo e organizado. As camas são confortáveis. Precisa de manutenção pontual: os armários precisam ser trocados e as portas também, devido a desgastes naturais pelo uso de água. Na área comum dos prédios falta limpeza, muitas vezes os corredores estavam sujos, claro que boa parte disso é por conta dos próprios hóspedes. A área da piscina é boa, com uma estrutura de mesas e um bar de apoio. Senti falta de apoio na área do parquinho/piscina infantil, que fica distante do bar das piscinas e não possui salva vidas. O café da manhã no domingo estava impossível, falta organização ou mais pontos de alimentação quando o hotel estiver com alta lotação. No geral a estadia foi muito boa, além disso os parques de apoio são legais também.

Ficamos 3 pessoas num apto 2 quartos, bem decorado, com ar condicionado em todos os cômodos, camas adequadas, um freezer, fogão, varanda. Com exceção aos chuveiros, que eram fracos, nada a reclamar da habitação. Quanto às dependências do hotel, tudo de excelente qualidade, um ótimo lugar para passar tempo com a família, principalmente para quem tem filhos. Muitas piscinas, aquecidas e não aquecidas, sauna, bar molhado, shows, muitas opções de recreação infatil e adulta. Pegamos meia-pensão, então pudemos provar além do café da manhã, muito bem servido, saboroso e variado, do jantar, igualmente bem servido, saboroso e variado. Tudo que não está incluso no pacote é descrito logo no check-in, e os preços estão dentro do esperado, nada abusivo. A rede além dos hotéis, possui diversos parques na cidade e disponibiliza transporte dos hotéis para eles via barco, ou via ônibus. Apesar de ser um serviço incluso no pacote, vale a crítica ao estado de conservação do ônibus, coisas simples que poderiam ser corrigidas e passariam uma melhor impressão ao usuário, como partes soltas fazendo muito barulho, ou a porta de trás que precisa de um empurraozinho pra abrir. Em resumo, é uma excelente opção com preço acessível, principalmente quando consideramos que temos acesso aos parques ao fechar o pacote do hotel.

Adoremos o local apartamento enorme maravilhoso e confortável... Apenas um detalhe sobre a cama colchão muito duro e não tivemos serviço de quarto, notamos tbm as duas pias do banheiro estavam meio entupidas....As piscinas limpas confortável o local bem distribuído, porém faltou um pouco mais de mesas visto que época de temporada está a cheio e tivemos a tristeza de pedir procoes e não havia somente batata frita tinha para oferecer.... Neste caso notamos q faltou um pouco de organização por parte dos organizadores (gerentes do hotel não havia nenhum para dar satisfação ou até mesmo resolver a situação) .... Mas minha estadia foi maravilhosa em questão de primeira ida ao hotel.... Recepção por parte dos colaboradores excelentes, café da manhã maravilhoso, almoço estava gostoso, piscinas limpas, hambiente agradável. Nível de experiência de 0 a 10: 7 devido algumas falhas em alguns pontos sitados a cima

O hotel é uma gracinha, muito aconchegante e o café da manhã é muito bom. A melhor parte é que os hospedes tem acesso ao Morada do Sol e lá tem várias piscinas, restaurante e hidromassagem.

Muito bom o hotel, as piscinas são de água quente, então não tem problema se fizer frio. É bem localizado , perto de tudo. O atendimento é bom. O quarto limpinho.

During my stay at Rio Quente Resorts - Hotel Giardino, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional dining experience. Both the dinner and breakfast offerings were nothing short of fantastic, featuring an extensive array of dishes, beverages, salads, fruits, and desserts. Our room provided remarkable comfort, and the staff members stood out with their enthusiastic and accommodating attitude. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our happiness and comfort. Apartamento super espaçoso e confortável, cama ampla e confortável. Atendimento nota mil desde a recepção ( todos, mas em especial o João Vitor, que foi quem fez meu CHECK-IN e tbm o check-out) ate o bar nas piscinas. Piscinas maravilhosas, aguas mornas o tempo todo e rudo limpinho. Fica a sugestão de ter um plano B para quando o elevador de um bloco quebrar. Deveria ter tipo uma passarela para usar o elevador do outro bloco e acessar o bloco onde se estiver hospedado. No último dia o elevador do meu bloco quebrou e tive que descer com as malas sozinha, pois meu esposo tem artrose nos dois joelhos evfez cirurgia recente no minisco. Enfim, isso foi um transtorno, entendo que pode acontecer, sim, mas precisa de um plano B, ainda mais em um hotel que recebe muita excursão com idosos. Se nao fosse isso, faria aqui so elogios.

A acomodação é agradável, pudemos apreciar a natureza, especialmente araras e outros pássaros, e até uns miquinhos!! Mas fiquei decepcionada no check-in: fiz reserva pra dois quartos, pois viajávamos com amigos, e ficamos em blocos separados; solicitei pra mudar, mas a resposta foi que teria que esperar que outro apartamento fosse limpo, o que pareceu ser um dificultador. também me surpreendeu o café da manhã no sistema "à la carte" (na sexta), Foi bem servido, mas poderiam mencionar na reserva tais condições. E a piscina. onde tem o playground, não era aquecida, e a água estava muito fria... não deu pra aproveitar essa estrutura!

Amei minha viagem. Apartamento bem organizado, limpo, com opções de roupa de cama, toalha, sabonetes, segurança. Recepção e toda a equipe de trabalho atenciosos e educados. Programação de mês de Junho maravilhoso e bem organizado. Volto nesse lugar com certeza. Destaque para a honestidade e presteza da recepcionista que me telefonou comunicando do esquecimento de uma correntinha que a camareira encontrou no quarto após a nossa saída. Parabéns para as duas! Foi otima. Funcionarios muito atenciosos. Otima localização. Parque das fontes eh lindo e maravilhoso bar do local eh otimo os funcionários sao prestativos. Com certeza voltaremos.

We had a wonderful time at this resort until it came time to check out. We were double charged for multiple items that were billed to the room and also the valet that parked the car put a dent in the door and somehow the car was out of gas, even though we gave it to the valet with a half a tank, almost as if someone was out joy riding in my car. The manager was no help with this and I am contemplating legal action. Most of the staff and the facility were amazing but it only takes one bad experience to ruin your stay.

Tenha algumas certezas em ficar nesse lugar: ele é lindo, aconchegante, tem atrações incríveis e, apesar da recepção turbulenta e burocrática que tivemos, todas as outras vezes, desde o segundo contato com a equipe até o check-out foi de extrema amabilidade. Um dos poucos defeitos do lugar é cobrarem taxas de serviço de 12% em tudo, mesmo a gente tendo pago taxas no ato da reserva. Dos hoteis da rede no completo este é o melhor por estar mais próximo de todas elas, inclusive do Parque das Fontes, aberto 24 horas por dia. A comida nos restaurantes é boa. Mas no almoço as bebidas não alcóolicas deixam a desejar. A empatia da equipe, tirando no momento da recepção, foi incrível e só mostra que todos tentam nos tratar da melhor forma e sempre solucionar os problemas.

A Pousada do Rio Quente é sempre um local para descançar e se divertir. Com opções para todas as idades. A natureza e a água quente do rio são um espetáculo à parte. O preço do consumo extra é caro. Se possível hospede-se dentro do complexo, é menos cansativo. Demorou 40 minutos para conseguirmos passar pelo portão de entrada para entrar no resort e depois fazer check in. Funcionários educados. Jantar no bairro perto é mais barato e tem feirinha na 3ª, 6ª e sábado, a partir das 19h. Acesso ao parque das fontes apenas para quem está hospedado com eles ou é sócio. Vale a pena conhecer e voltar várias vezes.

O atendimento da equipe de serviço do hotel é fenomenal, em tudo o que foi solicitado junto a recepção fomos atendidos de imediato. O lugar é tranquilo, não recomendo para quem gosta de lugar agitado, piscinas limpas, água na temperatura adequada. Sobre o quarto em que ficamos o que deixou a desejar foi o aparelho de ar condicionado, modelo antigo. Banheiro amplo e limpo!!

O hotel em estilo flat é perfeito para quem passa o dia todo no Hot Park e deseja descansar... ficando mais um pouco nas águas quente das piscinas do hotel. Instalações perfeitas e a proximidade do parque foram fundamentais na minha escolha.

I really liked the hotel facilities, the water park and the playground. It has a greatful estructure for the family and children. Having free tickets to enter the hotel chain water parks gave us an extraordinary experience at Caldas Novas.

Excelente hotel para quem está com criança, porque dispõe de piscinas com brinquedos, toboaguas, escorregadores e também têm playground e jogos eletrônicos. Com isso, as crianças conseguem se divertir dentro do próprio hotel. Os parques aquáticos estão de frente da rua, com acesso em menos de 200 metros. Café da manhã farto e diversificado, com excelente reposição. Também o almoço tem otimas opções de carnes, saladas, verduras e sobremesas.

O melhor hotel que já fiquei em Caldas Novas. Funcionários muti recptivos e atenciosos, além de ágeis. Boa infraestrutura, excelentes piscinas e sauna. Bom entretenimento e bons parques aquáticos inclusos. Também achei excelente o café da manhã, assim como as outras refeições. Os pontos negativos que tive foram a internet muito lenta e caindo bastante, e o ar do quarto estava com muito barulho, mas sinceramente, não é nada que nos impeça de nos hospedar novamente neste local maravilhoso.

Esse é o melhor hotel para ficar em Caldas Novas, acesso a diversos parques com muitas coisa para crianca. Comida ótima ele atendimento muito bom. This hotel is perfect for families visiting Hot Park, it's located near lots of restaurants and shops and just 10 minutes walk from Hot Park entrance. So you can leave your car at the hotel (free parking is offered) and save some money from parking fees. Additionally, the apartments are very spacious and they offer awesome breakfast and dinner that can be included on your reservation. There are some pools, wet bar and sauna, but the best part is the private hot river that runs inside the property.

I loved the breakfast, the transfer to the Hot Park and the room size.

O Hotel é bom. Quarto espacoso. Cafe da manhã farto porém após o cafe da manhã o hotel fica praticamente deserto. Tentei tomar um café a tarde e o bar estava fechado. O jantar não é no hotel, é no hotel pousada que fica a uns 2km dentro do resort. O jotel possui apenas 2 piscinas e fica fora do resort. Para ir aos parques precisa pegar um onibus ou ir de carro. São 5 min de carro. Bem pertonho.

We kind of went in blind on this hotel. We weren't sure what we were getting with the lack of descriptive photos online, but we were blown away. Our room was amazing with a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor and a loft with two beds and a bathroom. It was beautiful and so spacious. It came with access to hot park and the hot springs and a shuttle that takes you there and brings you home. We had breakfast and dinner buffet included in our stay as well. It was said beautiful and such an amazing stay !!! Our daughter got sick during our stay and a ambulance came and picked us up and took us to the Rio Quente clinic to be checked out by a doctor. Everyone was so helpful and really great care.

I am vegetarian and there was a lot more options than I expected, the fruits were the best. The location is great, a grocery store obliquely across the street and a fruit shop further ahead.

Ja estive hospedada antes e achei que a qualidade caiu, senti uma diferenca muito grande no jantar, antes tinha muito mais opcoes e mais saborosas, pelo valor do jantar imaginei que a qualidade tivesse aumentado, os caldos nao consegui tomar porque nao eram cuados, a sopa de aspargo, de milho cheio de bagacos quase engasguei, infelizmente nao foi so reclamacao minha, outras pessoas tambem reclamaram, a area de lazer da piscina suja, claro que os hospedes nao contribuiam, o hotel precisa ser mais rigido quanto a regras, de nao poder comer e beber dentro da piscina, eu vi criancas tomando sorvete e comendo banana, tem que ter avisos de nao poder comer e beber dentro da piscina, as piscinas sujas nogentas, com papel, palito de dente um horror.

Fui trocada de quarto duas vezes A primeira pq o ar não funcionava A segunda pq disseram q o apartamento ia ser ocupado. Ficamos no 803/720/734 O café da manhã de segunda feira é horrível Tudo duro, até o biscoito frito e café normal frio e leite tb, aí coloquei da máquina e misturei pra ficar menos ruim. A outra vez que vim foi perfeito mas dessa vez deixou a desejar
