Everything. Location is great- it was really important, making life easier travelling with a young child. Kid friendly play area was awesome & pool was fabulous. Buffet breakfast was overwhelming (in a good way), so many options: fantastic! Staff were always so welcoming, smiling, helpful and kind.

The staff were courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Soundproofing of the room was such that when we stayed in our room, it was absolutely quiet, giving us the tranquility we hoped for.

The food and place of the breakfast is very good, making it the most enjoyable time in a day. The food of the Chinese restaurant is delicate and delicious. The river view of my room is magnificent.

The concierge team is amazing, they helped us find everything we wanted and more. They understand your needs perfectly and know how to match them exactly. The SPA is absolutely something to do. The breakfast is truely rich and amazing… fresh coconut, fresh ice cream, fresh everything !

Sunday brunch is very good. The food is fresh, variety and tasty. K.Eve and K.Nong is so nice , welcome us and take care. The restaurant is clean and beautiful. A lot of seafood, Dim Sum, Thai food, pasta, ice cream, cake and very variety Thai food.

The hotel is within walking distance to major shopping centers. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby design is grand and stylish and the room is extraordinarily clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is highly recommended for its huge number of varieties.

Breakfast perfect, brand new well equipped gym 24hours open, staff very friendly and helpful, beautiful pool at the top floor, rooms and bed perfect, all these are luxury amenities which have to be paid 🙂

Breakfast was awesome with huge variety of international food. Central World Shopping Center is just downstairs. Siam Paragon is also just a 5 min walk via covered walkways. Bed is very comfortable with a very beautiful city view. Red Sky Bar was the best for a romantic night with your partner.

It had everything! It was our anniversary and the hotel made it special with flowers, wine, chocolates and complimentary drinks in their sky bar. The pool area was really nice and the restaurants and bars were amazing and the staff very attentive and friendly :)

Amazing views and great location the fiood was amazing at both the Chinese restaurant and Vertigo roof top restaurant. Reasonably close to other great restaurants and bars.

The staff was exceptional friendly. The room was well cleaned. The food was quite good, especially at the Vertigo rooftop restaurant. The egg station and bakery at the breakfast was good. The club rooms with park view offer superior perks and the view was amazing.

Spacious, comfortable bed. The bathroom was also spacious, complete with shower cubicle and bathtub. There was tea/coffee facilities, fresh fruits were delivered every morning. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed so far.

Stayed for 2 nights in a Skyline Park View. Our room was on the 55th floor - amazing views. Room was a great size, well set out and very clean. Great choice at breakfast buffet. Nice pool area. Hotel is about 10mins walk to the BTS station. Would stay again when we’re in Bangkok.

Great studio. Cool shower and tub. Balcony was larger than average overlooking the 'river and trees' garden. Breakfast buffet was really good with museli and omelette-poached eggs bar. Great pool for lap swimming.

The location, with lots of options nearby yet was secluded. Amazing food places at a 7 min walking distance, and a free buggy to the nearby mall. The bell boy even dropped us to a breakfast place which was 500m away. The rooms are spacious and amazing, with amazing bath tub. Overall loved the place.

The staff was incredible! Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is in a quiet area. The room was perfection, it couldn't have been cleaner or better maintained. I was honestly surprised that this hotel is not rated higher based on my experience. It was perfect for what I needed.

This is our second time staying here. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a nice jacuzzi bathtub, washing machine and two smart TVs in the room. The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming, including the security guard, housekeepers, and reception staff.

Great location in a quiet and convenient area. The room was spacious and comfortable with a kitchenette, living area, and separate bedroom. The wifi worked well and they accommodated a late check-in easily with the guard.

My room was very nice and spacious and very clean and the bed was comfortable. Great view from the balcony. The pool area is lovely and shaded with plenty of sunbeds, and pool towels are supplied. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd gladly stay here again.

Love the location of this hotel, the convenience and plethora of restaurants, massage parlors in the vicinity. The room was sizable, spacious, well maintained, clean and comfortable. Surprisingly quiet despite the all the bustle and hustle.

Cozy room made us feel at home. Spacious, clean, and well kept. Shower and bathtub were great and we got an excellent view of the city. Just a short walk to the BTS and rows of malls, and even closer to the nearby convenience store. We would come back!

Centrally located in the city, good restaurants inside and nearby, from welcoming staffs lobby staffs and cleaning staffs all were polite and very helpful. Room and toilet was spacious it is spacious and well planned.

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast buffet was great as well and general amenities were good. The views from the rooms were also amazing. The hotel is located in a very busy area so just be aware of this when you book :)

Exceptional stay at Four Seasons Bangkok. A beautiful propriety with amazing facilities. It is the best hotel in Bangkok. I would recommend booking a river view room, because it is worth the extra expense. The Italian restaurant and the bar are also great!

Beautifully clean and an amazing bed. We had to get up really early the day after staying here and we got an amazing nights sleep here. The bathroom decor was lovely too and there was an amazing bathtub.

The staff is great, very polite, professional and helpful. The room was clean bust I can see a bit of dust and some finger prints on the mirror, but for the rest I cannot really complain. The room dimensions were great, I loved the bed and the pillows, very comfortable and clean.

The room and bathroom were excellent. Both large and comfortable. No leakage in the shower. Very extended breakfast both Thai food as international food. Professional staff and very friendly. We only stayed for one night, for some business at the Consular services, which is in a walking distance.

We had a double suite which was huge and reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet was very good, staff polite and helpful. It’s located right next to a skytrain station which is super convenient so grab a rabbit card and you can easily explore central Bangkok.

It was clean, well-maintained, quiet (despite the construction of other buildings happening outside the hotel). The healthy food options for breakfast at Nourish; Khum Hôm served us a phenomenal dinner menu (our servers Sar and Nat were awesome). Thor, the manager at concierge was very helpful.

We were staying in the newly renovated wing. The room was big enough and clean. We really like the breakfast, they had lots of options, especially coffee and tea. Swimming pool was a bit small though. We liked the shuttle bus to the main road, that was convenient.

This place is phenomenal. I had a spacious room with a very comfortable and large bed. Air con and WiFi worked perfectly. Always had hot water and the room was cleaned daily. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The pool is small but lovely for a dip.

The Prestige suite is very nice! Spacious and bright. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. The bedroom has a large wardrobe and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is big. The pool is large and clean. Perfect location on a quiet street.

This Hotel is great value, so convenient on Sukhumvit Rd. Close to Terminal 21 and restaurants, shopping and sky train. Buffet breakfast is one of the best around. Our room was the junior suite with a separate bath and shower. For $110 a night it's great value.

This hotel is one of the best. Comfortable and luxurious. I don’t usually do breakfast at the hotel, preferring to venture out, but have breakfast here. It’s the best breakfast you’ll ever have. Spa is lovely too. This is the perfect spot, will definitely be back.

The hotel facilities were great. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Afternoon tea was lovely, and dinner was delicious. All the staff were friendly, especially K. Rung at Up&Above restaurant, who was attentive and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Room was super clean and spacious. The room amenities were well maintained and modern. Their staff were friendly and welcoming. They have great selection on their breakfast buffet.

The Okura is a high class hotel with excellent service. The Room was very quiet and we had very relaxing stay. The view from the room was amazing and swimming in the infinity pool was a great experience. The breakfast left nothing to be desired.

Very clean and relaxing hotel. The breakfast at the Japanese restaurant was simply amazing. Quality you would enjoy at a good Japanese ryokan. Used for a biz trip this time, likely to book the same place again whether for biz or vacation.

What a wonderful experience. Staff were amazing, so helpful and warm. Room was perfect and comfortable. Location, just a stones throw from their monorail, shopping and restaurants. Will be back when I’m next in Bangkok.

Room size is decent, clean and nice with good water pressure and heater for shower. Shout out to exceptional staffs like Ploy, Ann, Arty, Lay and David who were always helpful, responsive and cheery. Would definitely be back again. Convenient location near to mrt. Highly recommended.

A great boutique hotel with helpful, friendly staff. The updated control panel for almost everything in room was excellent. Ate in their restaurant/aquarium one night and food was delicious. Roof pool smaller than expected, but no problems as well maintained.

The staff and service were wonderful, the breakfast buffet was delicious. David was very helpful and even walked my cell phone over to me after I checked out and left. Arty and Nammon were really helpful.

This hotel is the best in Bangkok. Nice and clean , spacious terrace, breakfast buffet with a lot of choice , and it’s open until noon, so you can sleep a bit longer. This is all possible because of the very friendly staff. Look forward to come over again and enjoy Aunggys omelette :)

This was everything and more! Staff were exceptionally helpful, attentive, and friendly. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I experienced in all of Thailand. The BTS train station is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

We had an amazing time in this hotel. The staff is simply the best, the breakfast is extraordinary and the pool/sauna/gym area is perfect after an exhausting day exploring Bangkok. The hotel is very quiet, close to BTS and again, the staff is absolutely amazing. 100% recommended!

Great location - Pool Facilities - The Mexican was sensational.+ the cocktails too. The staff in the pool.area were very friendly, as was the concierge. Rooms were comfy + clean + spacious + we had great views.

This hotel is located in the central location and absolutely beautiful inside. Location, perfect for transport and shopping. Staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast and afternoon tea are delicious. The bed was comfortable and i always have a good night.

Excellent place. Close to many amenities. Breakfast selection is good. Staff very polite and helpful. Housekeeper named “Ice” very friendly, efficient and kind. Room was spacious. Toilet clean. Stayed at room 1420 from June 5 to 14, 2025.

Location is very close to the shopping center the buffet breakfast variety and yummy food also the room is very clean Sandao and Ice on the 14th floor they are very nice and friendly staff. Unfortunately I will come back next time.

Very good room cleaning servics by the staff May housekeeping . Very efficient , clean and friendly service. Highly recommend . Hotel in good location with shopping and food all around. And near BTS station. Can walk on the walkway very safe and convenient .
